The item I ordered was not available. I was offered an alternative. But this shouldn't happen. Delivery took a long time. I received no reply to my acceptance of the alternative . So overall a poor customer experience . I was worried I had fallen for a scam as a result

Thank you for your email. I understood I was buying a cleaning cloth for silver plated jewellery but this cloth only polishes, it seems. It certainly didn’t clean/brighten my earrings etc at all! May be my mistake in what I ordered but disappointed.
