I've ordered from them a few times and I always find their prices to be similar to and sometime below other sources of the same items, shipping times are good and the products are as advertised. Their customer service seems to be a bit slow (either too long coffee breaks or understaffed or maybe I just picked bad times) but seems to handle things well enough. They are my default go-to place for the types of items they carry although I always check around before making the purchase which usually seems to end up with them. Often when their price is slightly higher it's counterbalanced by a lower shipping cost. You should be aware that sometimes the items are not from NewEgg.ca itself but from another vendor which may result in a different experience.

TERRIBLE!!!!
So I purchased a refurbished Raspberry Pi on eBay from NewEgg, comes in defective, nothing coming out of the HDMI Cable. Return the thing but no refund. I contacted the company weeks later not seeing the refund in my account, they claimed I had filed a chargeback with my credit card company, which is ridiculous since I had paid with paypal. Anyhow spent hours emailing back and fourth, I had to file a claim with Paypal to get my money back which I did but just a whole lot of trouble! They are either just very bad on admin issues or ill intentioned, in either case I would just shop elsewhere. Go see the feedbacks on ebay from peoples, they are just horrible.

worest shopping experience
The worst shopping experience. Bought a phone from them and did not like. After 10days, the customer service was rude and refused to return unless unopened. She claimed that it can not be returned unless unopened. How do I know if it was defective unless I open it.
I spent over 1 hour waiting to their chatting to connect. I will never buy from them. And why should any do if most other venders have nice CS and stand behind the products they sell. Check amazon, adorama, TigerDirect and many others. They one of the few who charges restocking fees, this if you get the right product. Newegg is different from the old Newegg. They are scammers.
The CS even did not bother to ask if it was opened or not. She told me sell it on ebay, seriously!
Look how many bad reviews they have. I'm sad I did not read them and listen.
