Warning

Warning. Don't trade with this webshop!
My order was returned to sender (New Forest Fabrics) from the international custom center because New Forest Fabrics wrote a wrong adress on the custom papers. I presented documentation from the carrier that pfroves this error, but New Forest Fabrics still claims it's not their fault that I never got the packet and therefore refuses to return the shipping costs (18 UK pound) I payed to them.
I've traded with online webshops internationally for years, but I never exprienced such dishonest behavior before.
