Item paid for but not despatched. Ignoring my emails. I see from reading here that they are based in the U.S not U.K as they claim. obviously they don't put their Trust Pilot rating on their site as no-one would use them if they did. No phone contact, only email, which as stated above they do not answer. As far as I can see they're a total scam site and I'm just thankful that i paid via Paypal as I really don't want them getting hold of my credit card details. Avoid at all costs.

THEY SENT ME 5 CREST WHITE STRIPS INSTEAD OF THE 10 I ORDERED/PAID FOR AND HAVE FAILED TO RESPOND TO ANY OF MY MESSAGES.
THEY ARE US COMPANY NOT UK AND THEY MAKE IT DIFFICULT TO CONTACT THEM. THEY HAVE NOW DELETED MY ACCOUNT SO I CAN'T SEND THEM ANY FURTHER MESSAGES.

Only received half my order and still waiting for them to reply to my emails
They claim their staff are friendly and helpful, well why aren't they answering my emails...rude!!

Ordered via amazon, delivery by 1st Nov was stated, no goods, company said Royal Mails fault, gave up today 10/11 placed a claim with amazon , refunded granted immediately.

I ordered vitabiotic item through this website. the price was excellent and it was delivered very promptly at no further cost to me. great service.

I bought a good value (best I could find on the internet, and considerably cheaper than Amazon, even than their own Amazon entry !) pack of contact lens fluid that was delivered in double quick time !

Ordered Thursday afternoon, lowest price I could find anywhere and free delivery. Item was despatched the very next day and arrived on Saturday morning! Very impressed.

I was very impressed with this company, I had been looking for Dr Browns Newborn Gift Set and found this website to be the cheapest by far. I placed my order on a Monday and received the Gift Set on the Wednesday. Great service and delivery.
