ABSOLUTE SCAM!!!!!!!!
Ordered a “Yellowstone monopoly set” for £35 as a gift at the beginning of December because i saw the company advertised on Facebook, it didn’t even arrive till January (from China) my own fault because I assumed FB would of had a minimal level of security when it came to scam companies using their platform! (I guess when it comes to profit they don’t care)
The game arrived and…… well it was something you would expect from a pound shop! Tiny cheap plastic figures and the cards and money were barely big enough to handle! Cheap cardboard base and the overall size of it all was tiny! I just threw it in the bin beachside it wasn’t even good enough to give to a charity shop!!!
I put it down to experience and never shop on Facebook!!!!

Purchase an item from this company, 17th Jan status showed in transit 18th Jan it said delivered 15th Jan even though I didnt get it, i asked the seller to give me the courier details, had nothing back very poor customer service, opened a despute with paypal and it was denied as seller had provided tracking, even though i didnt receive it. Dont make the same mistake as me.....AVOID THIS SELLER

Ordered a Gavin and Stacey calender , received it , all the dates were incorrect to the days . E mailed the company with pictures of the calendar as proof and asked politely for a refund. Firstly they offered me ( if I'm not happy with the product) return it to the address they gave in china ! Then I wouldn't get a refund. However, I would have to cover the cost of sending it back ,I messaged them back telling them it would cost me half the price of the calendar to send it back and why would I want to keep a calender with wrong days on it ? Then I asked for a full refund £20 plus , or I would seek advice . They promptly said a refund is on the way , that was over a week ago , I've re messaged for an explanation and they have not replied to me !! Please don't be fooled like I was .NOT TO HE TRUSTED.

Ordered a card on 24th November never arrived . Despite 2 emails no response- Avoid . Money lost

I ordered the Gavin & Stacy calendar, & after reading 📚 the reviews I regret it. Will try to cancel the order if I can.

Absolutely rubbish.
Ordered a Christmas card on the 24th of November.
Shipping policy states they will dispatch within 3 days of payment and still haven't sent on the 24th of December.
Company is in China, bunch of scammers.
Avoid, avoid, avoid.

Getting a bit suspicious as is taking forever to get the Gavin and Stacey calendar 2025 that I ordered. When I check the tracking it says it’s coming from China!! Apparently, it’s arrived at London Heathrow today, which is a bit of a strange coincidence that I only checked today. Now I’ve googled it and it seems to be a lot of people talking about it being a scam. :(

Ordered a present for my godson for Xmas got the order confirmation and would be advised when it was ship. No email to advise that in a week so checked my emails. Checked trustpilot and realised I had been scammed as well. Facebook shouldn’t allow these adverts. Scumbags.

Items way too small a joke so embarrassed. It was the soccer advent calendar. Tiny rubber unrecognisable figures so disappointed

Paid for order never received it scam company

A scam company, Paid for my order but never received. No response to my queries. If I could give them no stars I would.

Are they New Wonder or Labubu? A company with an identity crisis, abysmal customer interaction. Add to that a couldn't care less approach to packaging items and complete failure in responding to requests for help.
They sent out a glass flask in a flimsy cardboard box wrapped in a plastic bag, trusting Royal Mail to deliver it unscathed.
As others have said - they ignore emails sent to their “customer” email address. ONE TO AVOID.

2 stars because it eventually came, ordered 2 weeks before mothers day, came a week after, card was smaller than i thought and barely held together, very poor quality considering i spent nearly 20 quid on 2 cards, emailed to ask about a refund, no response

Also got caught by these jokers after a Facebook ad for Mother’s Day cards. No card and no response from customer services team.

Ordered a mothers day card, paid postage with plenty of time for arrival. Mothers day has been and gone still no card. Emailed the company with no response. Tracking link doesn't exist. Think they just tok my money.

Company is a scam. No item turned up. No response to emails. AVOID

My order arrived but was too small. I emailed on numerous occasions for a returns label but haven’t heard back. Now I have items I can’t wear and out of pocket.

I bought an item from this company on the 2nd Feb 24, after a few days i received an INVALID tracking number, there is NO PHONE number on the web site, and after sending 3 emails i have received no response.

I completed a GOOGLE search and there's lots of questionable results advising:

"The trust score of newonder.co.uk is extremely low. This is a strong indicator that the website may be a scam."

Im currently asking the bank to look into reclaiming the card payment back.
