Bought a Used Caravans from Newport Caravans
Visited Newport Caravans in November, viewed a couple of caravans which we had seen on their website, fell in love with one and met with Ben to discuss part exchanging our current caravan.
We were offered a very fair price, left a deposit and arranged to collect our 'new' caravan on the 7th December.
On the day we were met by Ben, who in turn introduced us to Lee who took us through the workings of new caravan.
Everything went really smoothly on the changeover, spent the night in our new caravan in Newport, it was all we hoped for.
The phrase affordable caravans at affordable prices is spot on.
Thanks to Ben and Lee for your help, would definitely recommend Newport Caravans.

Don't go there just had a service with…
Don't go there just had a service with them and we were going down theoyorwau and side doors weren't shut for the water and battery all flapping had to stop to stop on motorway to close them then got back and discovered the gas pipes weren't even connected to the pipe work £199 for that dangerous bad bad bad!!!!!!!!!!

Fantastic and knowledgeable service every time.
We've bought several caravans from Newport and each time the service received has been exemplary.
We also have servicing carried out there. The service team are always very helpful and accommodating.
Would not hesitate to recommend.

Relates to Insurance repairs and not the sales side.
Despite initial confusion over when my vehicle was booked in for repair; Newport caravans pulled out all the stops and carried out all the work in time for its next use.
I was updated regularly by Liz!
Martin warned that it could take a while, but he did it. :-)
