Reliable. Affordable.

Configure once and forget about it. Stable, reliable, but documentation could always be better. In my case connecting to the NL is way better than the standard modus. But you have to find that information first.

I have gigabit connection, and most of the time I average about 60~70 MB/sec. Very rarely do I see 100, but somtimes it drops as low as 40. Regarding completion, occasionally I am unable to complete a download, but that is rare.

Update#2: Keep receiving spam/ promotional emails offering newshosting service after opt out. Promotion states "Try newshosting risk-free for 30 days or your money back". Do not be tempted, it was a nightmare to cancel and get a refund. I just tried to make a support ticket for the emails through the link in the response below. It never creates the ticket! If you are foolish enough to give these people your money, go ahead and contact support BEFORE you even think of signing up and judge how they respond, instead of what they offer.

Update: Newshosting asked for more information in an attempt to invalidate this review on trustpilot. They have all my information, and always had the information because they issued a partial refund but are choosing to abuse trustpilot's review system and have my review taken down. I updated the information that was asked for and trustpilot said this review could be taken down if I didn't respond within two days. Again, only a partial refund was given and newshosting feels justified in charging me initially during the trial period for a year's worth of service when only a single day was used. After the partial refund was given, newshosting is asking trustpilot for more information to verify that I actually had this experience. The only conclusion I can come to at this point is that they are attempting to manipulate the review system in hopes to have this review (and most likely other's) who do not respond in time, taken down. Lastly, newshosting wrote a different response to my original review two days ago and took down the original reply. Transparency should always be a top priority because it keeps everyone accountable. Updated reviews should follow the industry standard format.

Beware trial offer. They operate using fraud and deception. I was charged immediately during the trial period for a full year ($155), after only a single download attempt. 24/7 support is a lie and support tickets went unanswered. Cancelling "trial" is nested deep in an account menu that asks repeatedly to stay and reduced membership fees to stay. I filed a PayPal dispute and then finally received a support response a few weeks later. They said that since I filed a PayPal dispute, support services would go through a billing manager and that was the end of contact.

Fast, solid and reliable service. The retention-time is sensationally long, over 14 years!
I don't see any reason to switch to a european provider!

A good newsgroup provider with VPN, has been here for a number of years and is fast and stable.
The prices for their services are also excellent.
