Fantastic service. Accommodated an on site delay with no hassle. And the end product is brilliant. Can not recommend enough.

I would have given a 5* if the communication had been better, for a minute I thought they had gone out of business because no one would reply to my emails or answer the phone. This is the second bi-fold that I have had fitted and they are an excellent product and the fitters did a great job on both installs.

we purchased our Bi-Fold Doors from New Wave Store. The service and help we received was excellent. Not only were they easy to install, but looked fantastic when finished.

We had are new waves fitted recently and could not be more pleased with them, they look and move fantastically, we nearly went with bifolds but are so thankful we went the new wave door, we use them all the time, the sales guys was so knowledgable and the fitters great.

Saw this company late last year at the Shepton Mallet show. I got talking to Brin, one of the sales team. He talked me through the entire process of buying my doors and helped me out every step of the way. When my doors arrived they were fitted by New Waves fitting team. After installation we had a slight issue with the door (the restrictor was faulty) but new wave quickly sorted this and sorted a replacement. Overall I am over the moon with my doors and I know that new wave are only a phone call away if I need them!

Absolutely delighted with my new doors installed in our back extension. After first seeing the doors at the NEC in 2017, we finally decided on aluminium New Wave Doors to finish off our project, and what a great decision it was.

Rich the salesman was very helpful answering our builder and architects technical queries, and ensured we got the exact doors we required, there was an lot of choice!

The office customer service team processed our order and booked in our works quickly and the doors arrived on the day as promised.

Mike and Connor the installers did a fantastic job, worked quickly around our builders who were still on site. They were very helpful at demonstrating the doors and how to use them properly.

Really cant wait for the whole project to be completed now.

After finding New Wave Store on Google we placed our order in January. We were promised a 4 week turnaround, which they met. The doors were slightly more expensive than other bifold doors we had seen, but we wanted the extra flexibility, and I have to say they are worth every penny. Thanks to Mike & Connor our fitting team who installed our doors. They work fantastically and have made such a vast improvement to the building overall. Cant wait for the build to be finished so we can use them everyday.

We saw these doors at The Ideal Home show and were really impressed with their design and versatility. We placed an order and put down a £99 deposit and were very excited about our purchase. Unfortunately we realised that the doors would not fit our opening and had to ring the company to explain the problem. Richard was extremely helpful and understanding and our deposit was refunded by return of post. The only reason that we have given 4 stars instead of 5 is that we have not actually had the doors fitted so cannot comment on the doors themselves.

We love our new wave doors. We choose two sets of grey aluminium which we are over the moon with. The fitters were clean and tidy and worked with our contractor perfectly. Highly recommended
