This site has the worst customer…
This site has the worst customer service in the WORLD. In late April, I bought tickets for a show that I had to cancel and repurchase for a different date. They wouldn't give me a refund, but offered me a voucher that was supposed to be good for a year. When I tried to use it less than a month later it didn't wasn't accepted. I'm out $336.00 and I can't reach anyone by phone!
There's no contact information listed except for a lousy "Contact Form" which they don't respond to, or email address to a help line or any other way to sort out a problem. There are just too many glitches in this set up. Take my advice and avoid New York Theatre Guide like the plague. There are plenty of other sites.

Refund issue resolved professionally
Alex was very helpful and took the time to properly review my situation after my Book of Mormon performance was canceled due to the theatre fire. I had originally rebooked using a voucher from a prior purchase, so the refund situation was a little complicated, but Alex helped sort it out and processed the refund back to my original payment method. I really appreciate the patience, clear communication, and help getting this resolved.

Great show. Great cast. Great energy. Jon Bernthal is amazing!
Jon Bernthal is amazing! Much respect for his acting. Everyone did a great job. The setup, the sound and visuals and effects were fantastic. I loved it all. They did a great job with this show.
After the show, most of them took the time to sign autographs and take pictures.
Jon was so cool. Sweet person. Took the time to take photos with a lot of people and even took the time to take care of those in a wheel chair. Good guy all around.
Paola Lazaro was sweet, great personality and great energy. Beautiful woman. Representing the Latina community and Puerto Ricans. I love her. I loved her character in the show also. She was so funny.
Ebon, he was a drag. He signed autographs but he was not into it and wouldn't take a pic. He was the only one that seemed to not want to be there.

Hidden fees
Hidden fees? I paid the $60 online fee per ticket already. Then the next day my card was charged another $14.50. Granted, not a large sum based upon what I paid for the tickets, but I would’ve liked to have had transparency beforehand.

Clean and ethical
The ticketing process was straightforward and easy. I especially liked the chance to buy insurance for cancellation. Tickets were immediately available. I never use Ticketmaster anymore after a terrible experience with third party tickets that I never received. Also, Theater Guild doesn’t charge exorbitant fees.

Everything was fine until I saw that BroadwayDirect offered better seats (a row in front) at about $35 cheaper. That was a bummer. Also I bought the protection service at $16.50 thinking it was a refund if I was unable to attend, but it just offers the opportunity to reschedule play date. That was not clear on the initial offer. Otherwise, it was fine.
