Ordered quite a lot vape items and after days later my order was still being processed so called and was told they are waiting for missing items and will be delivered next week then while waiting i received email stating ordered been refunded which is quite poor service from this store they should atleast update there customers regarding their orders it’s now day 8 and im still waiting for my refund definitely would not recommend this business to anyone AVOID AT ALL COST your better off purchasing from another stores or eBay etc and if you can get to vape stores yourself if you really need to purchase from other business i will now be taking this issue further and if need to report it to the police

When you use 4 ml of 2000 mg Peng vape juice in 5 hours without it tells a lot about quality. AVOID!

Phoned up twice other day to ask about my order, asked if I could phone back as were dealing with other customers. They said the order was still processing as the boss hadn’t picked up the list of items to get from warehouse. Said if the item wasn’t there, I’d get a full refund.
6 days after ordering and my item is still processing.
Can Next Vapour give me a callback with a status update for order 29846

This company is fantastic. They are incredibly fast with their dispatch, have an excellent range, and when I needed to raise a query with one of the orders I placed with them (I've placed three so far), they sent me a higher quality product to fix the issue. Can't fault them at all.
