Never have the size you need.
There is never the same choices for petite size and if you do have petite they are very often out of stock.. disappointing

Have some great things would definitely recommend the only thing is the delivery is quite expensive even if you were to buy something little it would still be the same the good thing about it though is you get your order the next day

Ordering process and delivery five stars. Shower caddy purchased looks great but isn't functional - the bars of the base of each platform are too wide apart for any toiletries to stand so everything topples over and looks messy.

The service online is excellent but ordering several items or pairs of shoes is not ideal. I just want to walk into a shop try something on if it fits I will buy it. Taking lots of clothes/shoes that don't fit is very inconvenient. This puts me off ordering online.

Returned over £550 worth of goods to a return machine and asked for receipt which it didn't do. So off to main desk who look at me incredulous. The office says they can't find the items on their system against my account but I should leave it and it'll probably right itself..no way with that amount an hour sitting here so far and totally miffed

I do like to go into the shop and have a look around but they do not have all sizes in and goods. So ordering on line is so easy and you can choose a day convient to pick your items up as well as choosing a store. The communication regarding your goods whether they have arrived or are going to be delayed is really good. The staff at Next in Spindles are so accommodating and welcoming.
