Abysmal
Abysmal. Paid over $100 for a server on 17th January. Despite being 48-72 hours delivery, there is no server and since requesting a refund. The company said they cannot find my payment, despite a paid invoice in the client area and email confirmations from the payment provider and their system.
It is a consistant battle to even be acknowledged and despite weeks of leniency regarding the refund, there is no sign of a refund and only unprofessional behaviour.
If i were you, avoid NextArray like the plague it is and find another provider. If TrustPilot requests evidence of my claims, I have full proof available and will provide it. This review is staying and is an accurate account of my experience with NextArray.

We do sometimes have high ticket/new orders coming in and some orders can get over looked. While this is no excuse for what happened we would love to make it up to you. I am very disappointed with my first experience with Nextarray.
It looks like you have lost my server with a cost of over $2,500.
You reply to tickets very slowly, 3 days I waited for a reply to find the server and still not found, no photos of server and labels.
My service is showing /29 block instead of /27 and also bandwidth is showing 100MB instead of 1GB.
You have 4 hours to get the photos before I escalate this and I will have to have someone in New York arrive at DC to inspect the server and remove this.
I will be looking for a new company for my New York needs also unless you hurry up and resolve this issue. I am very frustrated I live in the UK and you have such slow support.
From one very very angry customer!
