The same business as Lightingathome.co.uk so of course the same awful service (ltd company is actually Salford Electrical factors ltd owned by what looks like an aging couple)

Ordered product, arrived damaged, zero response from their website contact form, sales email address and don't even bother trying to call, you'll be number one in the queue until you get bored and hang up.

I have had to resort to requesting a charge back from Paypal after returning the goods (signed for more than a week ago) and yet still nothing from them.

If you must use these (although i cannot think of why you would) then please only do so if you have some sort of payment protection (Credit card or Paypal etc).

The returns process is onerous with ridiculous terms which are designed to stop people sending things back (admin charges, forms that must be printed and completed).

So far away from what is even bog standard in the world of online retail that i would simply ask AI to find the product you have found on their site somewhere else.

Companies house shows these have been going since 1996 so pre e-com maybe they did ok, but the game has changed but these haven't!
