Waste of time
They emailed me an hour after I made my order to tell me it was out of stock (even though it was available to purchase online). I emailed back but clearly no one checks emails after 5 So no next day paint for me. I paid extra for next day delivery too. Had the whole lot refunded and used brewers next day instead which was fine but I lost a day.

One package of our paint was damaged I suspect due to the delivery company but it was replaced with no fuss and came first thing the next day. Great customer service.

Good overall
Easy to order and fast delivery, Easy to apply and dries quickly so didn't have to wait ages before applying the second coat. I would have awarded 5 stars, but the paint I had mixed to match the walls turned out paler.

I ordered paint on Wednesday after the 3pm cut off for next day (which is fine) and said it would arrive Friday.
Unfortunately still not arrived on Saturday and needed this paint in time for Sunday as I had people coming over to paint…
