Why I won’t continue to support this business
My last pack was several months late. It was supposed to include a Snake kit I ordered months ago and never received. I reached out to Erika Kazakov to ask about the missing Snake kit. Her response suggested that I was being dishonest about not receiving it. She continued to suggest that I wasn’t being straight forward about my missing merchandise. I will be cancelling my subscription and encouraging others to avoid this business.

What a great concept!!
What a great concept! Look forward to receiving my box of goodies every quarter - the quality of the cosmetics is brilliant and allows me to try things I would never have thought of buying myself - I’ve already found some products that I have reordered and couldn’t do without! The underwear is great and I love that I can change my next order in my profile if I feel like mixing it up! It just feels like a self-indulgent treat to myself and I love it!!

I like the products and the concept but…
I like the products and the concept but they are based in Europe with no fulfillment center in the United States. Each order takes weeks to arrive and twice has gone to the incorrect address despite the address on the package being accurate. If they want to be successful in the United States they will need to commit to it and build a fulfillment center here.

TERRIBLE SERVICE
I have neen subscribed twice by mistake and cancelled the extra sub in January. Then, payment taken in April and no one will respond to me.
I have tried to sort this out, but feel I have no choice but to leave this review instead.
My first packs were wonderful, but i would never subscribe twice to this service knowingly. I am now out of pocket $299
Not happy with the customer service received and I have mow cancelled all future payments. Had you sorted this properly, I would still be subscribed. Also, there is no tracking for the latest "2" boxes and they were dispatched 3 weeks ago

The send quality products that I want to use! Underwear is name brands, always fits well. The facial and body products that they send are name brand, last along time. This is a gay owned company and you can tell by the products selected.
