Best Rental Company on the Island
We rented a car for a month in January .. the service was fantastic! I even emailed them the day before we left to see if we could change the meeting time to drop the car off ... Vicky responded immediately, no problem! The staff are very helpful, the car was great and will be renting from them again next year!

Excellent Car Rental Company / Exceptional Service
We've been using Next Level for approx. 8 years now and they are excellent. Never a problem, Vicky Bonalair who runs the place goes above and beyond in terms of service and the prices are very reasonable. Just recently, this past October, Vicky met me at the airport to pick up our car and I realized that I had forgotten one of my bags at Mount Vernon...I started to panic a little. She very calmly said she could go and get it and return it to me at the airport (who does that?). I said, how about I go with you ...and off we went, picked up my bag and had enough time to catch my flight back home. I've never had a bad experience with this company, the cars are always new...simply amazing...wouldn't rent from anyone else!

Very helpful staff, hassle to pick from port & average fuel policy
The staff were really friendly and helpful. The car wasn't the best but we didn't mind as less chances of charging us for scratches etc and we only had it for one day.
We're not giving 5 star only because of the hassle of picking up the car and the fact we had to drop it off at a certain time. We were led to believe that they had an office in the port although they don't and there were no details on how to find them on arrival. It took us over 40min and a lot of waiting time, questions and interactions to finally find them.
We also didn't like the fact that the car was not full which meant we returned it with more fuel that we got it.
Would use again.

Terrific young ladies!! The staff is friendly, helpful and accommodating. We've been renting from them for a few years and never have had an issue.
