I will say the quality is 5 stars. This is the best rig setup stuff I could find. Here is the reason for the 3 stars. I have bought 2 items from them, and the instructions are complete garbage. I build things as a profession and read instructions all the time. These are the worst I have ever seen. For a high-quality product, I expected better instructions. They spent more on the paper quality of the instructions than they did on the instructions. I would prefer terrible paper and better instructions....

Next Level Racing is great. Their customer support was very quick, very helpful, and very kind from start to finish. I had a question and they handled it quickly and professionally, making the whole experience stress free and no problems. A big thank you to Shiralee also, she was awesome in helping with my enquiry.

Brings my Sim experience to a new level. Seat 2.0 is very comfortable. Heavy construction. Very well packaged with lots of spare parts! My only wish is to have a collective mount for the Virpil VPC. I made my own from plans found online

But... if you need any extra parts... = pretty shocking and ridiculously expensive

My seat was £380 but for one additional shifter arm and handbrake plate I'm paying £180 more on top. That’s nearly half the price of the entire cockpit I bought… and it's taken a huge amount of work and time to get them.

And in the case of the handbrake plate I had to go to a third party vendor as NLR will only sell certain items directly, not others. But nowhere in the UK stocked the plate. So I'm paying for shipping from Europe plus the extra import duty on top (combined, that's almost the price of the plate itself on top).
So yeah, the product itself and the basic prices good. But if you're thinking about extras... TBH I'm afraid I don't recommend NLR. I've spent a few hours trying to source them and am paying nearly 50% on top for three small pieces of steel.
They should really really work out a better way to deal with this kind of thing. Had I known, I might well not have gone with them. But having already spent hours building a huge, heavy seat and breaking down the box, I was stuck with them by the time I found out the true cost – in time, stress, and money – of my new rig.
Not cool.
So again… if you just want an off-the-shelf item with no extras, you should not hesitate. They will be great. If not… hesitate… and get a full and complete costing, and check actual availability in your region, before ordering.
And to reiterate, this is a company policy / system issue I had. Customer support (my contact was Shiralee) was excellent.

I emailed the NLR team about buying extra pedal mounts for my flight/drive sim set up.

Calieb responded right away and set up an estimate with shipping included promptly. He was efficient and awesome to deal with.

NLR has some great policies and their customer service is even better.

Alec and Next Level Racing were great! I needed to order a flight seat that shipped with a frame to mount it on. I didn't need the frame as I already have an existing sim frame. I asked if there was any way I could order the seat only and fully expected that I would be told "no" based upon the current state of customer service these days. To my pleasant surprise, Alec informed me that would be no problem and only ordered what I needed from their parts department rather than all the parts that came with the seat by default. In addition, Alec kept me advised of my order status every step of the way with follow up emails and I never had to wonder what was happening behind the scenes. Through it all, Alec was courteous, personable and professional. My order arrived relatively quickly in perfect condition, and the build quality of the seat was exceptional. Next Level Racing is a prime example of outstanding customer service, and that is so very rare these days.

This is a great company to work with. Great help on there equipment and recommendations. Customer Service is top notch.

Easy to order online. Shipped quickly and arrived in a reasonable amount of time. Easy to build. Took about an hour putting the frame together and then another amount of time to mount the pedals, direct drive and wheel. I chose Fanatec products and had minimal difficulty putting it all together and figuring it out. This was my first sim racing rig.

I've been using NLR products for over a decade now. Their products, sales support, and ongoing customer support have always been top notch!

I started with my first racing sim set up, just a wheel stand to put under my desk, and have since moved up the the GT Elite cockpit and the ERS 2 seat for iRacing, the the Boeing military edition for Star Citizen, and I've now upgraded to the Flight Sim chair 2.0 on my elite gt rig since moving away from iRacing and into star citizen more.

When I ordered the Flight Sim chair 2.0, I was mistakenly sent the wrong chair in the right packaging, once I notified them and sent pictures of the mixup, the had a replacement sent out to me within the week with no hassle at all.

The chair ( MSFS edition cockpit) has nice solid hardware, and shipping was quick. However, one of the bolts in the bottom of the seat had come loose during shipping, and must have fallen out of the box. Also several of the black powder coated pieces were scratched to bare metal, and don't look very nice.

Ordered the HF8 Pro, and it was DOA. However, the customer service was on it very quickly and I was surprised on how fast it was replaced. Super happy with the service, and the product.

When I saw that Next Level Racing had a new gaming seat with arm rest I had to have it. I have tried three different seats for my rig and this one is bar far the best. I am one of those guys that like the long haul flights and the arm rest have been awesome to have, along with the adjustable lower lumbar support. Hours of comfort flying now.

We have owned our Next Level FGT Lite cockpit for a couple years now. One of the locking hub bolts stripped out. Looking for a replacement, I learned these cockpits are manufactured in Australia. (geshh, didn't know that)My initial email was answered extremely quick. Ms. Shiralee explained what was needed to order the replacement part. She also explained that the international shipping fees to the USA would cost more that the parts, but I kind of expected that. Sent Shiralee the requested photos of what was needed. Communications throughout the whole process was extraordinary! Thank you Ms. Shiralee! Now for the down side....the parts arrived a couple weeks later. Not only were they the wrong parts, it was the wrong count! If they have photos (with a measuring tape used to show size and length), how can they mess up? Ahh, but they did. Email to Ms. Shiralee, again. Again, the communication and follow up from her was extraordinary. Eventually, they did get the correct parts to me, and they volunteered to compensate me for the issues. We are now enjoying our racing cockpit once again. Thank you! All in all, a good experience, with a good company.....with a little speed bump....lol

Next Level Racing had the Victory cockpit that was perfect for my needs. The frame and seat were bundled together so there was no hassle of sourcing a seat or seat frame. When it arrived I was extremely impressed with the box and packaging. Everything needed was included to assemble the frame and seat. When I assembled everything I was happy with the overall fit. There were a couple of QC concerns that I had. I reached out to the customer service department and was taken care of by Shiralee. They made sure to go through extra mile to address my concerns and make sure I was taken care of. If you are looking for an excellently engineered piece of racing sim equipment, you should look no further than Next Level Racing. I will without a doubt consider them for any additional purchases. Pro: Good quality, very fast shipping, secure Package.
Con: There were 2 broken x-shaped pins at the plastic cover of the mechanism of the backrest. They were already broken at delivery but the function is still given.

Have the Fgt lite chair, works great for space i have and price point is good. Had a part break on the chair, ordered through amazon and wasnt sure if i could get anything replaced as i was out of my return window. Next level racing was quick to respond via customer support email and replaced my part. very smooth process! thanks!

I’ve never been so impressed with the quality, build process, full color detailed assembly instructions and online videos of the assembly as I was with Next Level Racing. A full aluminum rig and all the accessories has a ton of parts, but I got through it with no major screwups. Helps to glance over the manual and then watch the videos online. I often paused and took photos of the videos as I progressed. I haven’t “turned on my system yet “ but the rig is definitely super solid. Happy with my purchase of the Elite 160.

I purchase my seat to take my Sim racing to the next level, I didn't want to break the bank, that being said the seat is a little pricey. If you don't have the money to afford a motion rig this is the next best thing,now I can feel the car and the road and so much more. The fact that you can tune it to your heart desire is a plus in my book. Keep up the good work can't wait to see what you guys come up with next.
