This course was so simple to do, despite it being in depth. I love that I could do this at my own pace, around children and homelife and still have the confidence to do clients!

You could do it all in your own time no rush or pressure. If you need help or support just email and they will get back to you ASAP only flaw is no feed back on your work and no encouragement or contact unless you ask for help with something.

Signed up to complete a manicure…
Signed up to complete a manicure course, charged me twice then when accessed the portal said I had no active courses running. Phoned customer support to query this said there was nobody available to sort this matter and couldn’t guarantee I would get a call back the same day. Also tried the WhatsApp service and still no response

Hi Emily, I can not see any contact on your accout but have located your order. I can see your course is available on your student portal which you have not yet accessed, all our courses are distance learning meaning you complete the work at home and submit case studies to us via your training portal to gain your diploma.
We do not offer face to face training, so you would not have a 'Running Date'. Simply login in to your portal and start your course.

These courses are wonderful, very informative and easy to follow. I have gained 8 qualifications in so far with 4 more in progress. The videos are very clear and helpful. I have found d learning with Next Step Beauty an absolute pleasure and I look forward to more courses in the future.

Next Step Beauty course, very good online course, can be completed easily and quickly, I approx. In 6-4 months, I completed the cosmetology course, obtained 9 certificates and opened my LindArt Beauty Salon a month ago!

I decided to sign up to complete my gel nail courses through next step due to a friend recommending it! I would not look back! Everything you need to get started is all available to you when you sign up, endless workbooks, step by step guides and videos! The team are also so incredibly helpful
