Dreadful! Sharon and her team fail to communicate! They ignore emails, lie constantly, withhold rent for months and are plain incompetent. Worst letting agent I’ve ever dealt with. They’ve failed on due diligence and have withheld my tenant’s deposit, when I decided to take my property back from them. Terrible, terrible company. I own a few properties and have never experienced anything like Next Step. AVOID.
I can say without doubt this is the worst letting agent I have ever had the misfortune to deal with in 20 years as a landlord. They are inefficient, slow, no communication at all and worst of all dishonest. They will not respond to emails, make up numerous lies and excuses, not take care of property maintenance issues and take the rent but not pay it to the landlord which is totally unacceptable and tantamount to theft. Avoid like the plague. Sharon Taylor is especially deceitful, disorganised and dreadful
Absolutely first class service from Sharon and the team. We can’t recommend them highly enough. A very personal service which goes above and beyond with total honesty and very expert advice that can be trusted. We’ve used a number of agents over the years but none that match up to Next Step Property Ltd. We were so impressed by the service we had received that we asked the team to sell another house for an elderly relative and the sale was sorted within days, with complete support throughout. Invaluable and we would 100% recommend.
