Totally irresponsible people. Protecting money before life and property

What can I say that has not already been said and proven correct. Atrocious behaviour by the managing director Shahana Kishver. Denied any responsibility for an accident that resulted in a vehicle being written off and is misleading the property insurers. I think this will end up in court. Fortunately nobody was killed or badly injured.

Composite door machinery

Absolutely shocking company. Push the blame and no after care from brand new machinery. Find another company simple. Shouldn’t even be allowed to trade. Leagal proceeding still on going to this date 2023. Started in 2016

A truly painful experience dealing with…

A truly painful experience dealing with Ney Ltd,
no returned phone calls or emails as promised I had to keep chasing. When the engineer did arrive he was late as he'd been diverted by the office & we were not informed. Even tho our equipment was out of use & holding up production.
The equipment needed parts & so far over a month to supply & again I've had to chase every step of the way. All you receive are excuses as to why things are delayed or can't happen. Totally shocking customer service. However the engineer did know his stuff & got our press working within a couple of hours.
Unfortunately Ney are let down by the staff at the depot.

Absymal Customer Service

Ney are the main UK agents/distributors of Spanish Virutek tools in the UK. I recently purchased a Virutex FRE317VD router with a retal price of over 1000ukp via CTS ironmongery that as supplied was found to have a manufacturing fault. NOT what you expect from such a costly tool. The router spindle axis was mis-aligned to the axis of the centre of the base plate by over 1mm. Photos were sent to prove the issue. Furthermore, the tool supplied did not come with a UK mains adapter . The tool had allegedly been used but sold as new as the Spanish plug had been cut off and replaced with UK 3 pin mains plug with a UK company outdated PAK test label. Hence, an unauthorised modification had been done to the router! Besides, I understand it is illegal to import such tools to the UK without a UK mains adapter.

The attitude was to shift the blame and force me to deal directly with the Spanish sales director. They just denied there was any issue and effectively told me to get lost! Then refused to reply to further emails. NEY were NO better! NEY parts director was not even able to comprehend what was the fault and had no idea with regard to axis mis-alignment of axi nor what would be result of such a fault. Never mind not even being able to identify suitable accessories for a particular task. Pathetic IMHO.

The result is that I am left with a 1000ukp defective tool with no acceptable redress! I personally do not consider this company trustworthy. I have NO faith whatsoever in NEY Ltd. nor the Virutex tool brand. I would NEVER EVER recommend anyone to buy tools made by this company or supplied by NEY Ltd. as if anything goes wrong you’d be left high and dry in my experience without any useful support or remedy with what I regard as a blatant disregard for UK consumer law.

One VERY VERY ANNOYED customer!

For 4 weeks I have tried to get information and purchase components from NEY. Their customer service has been appalling throughout the experience. I have had the phone put down on me when trying to speak to customer service team and their ability to answer a query or even submit a purchase order is extremely poor.

Dishonest and the most unprofessional…

Dishonest and the most unprofessional company I have ever dealt with in 10 years of my trading history.

They sell faulty, useless machines and refuse to help when there are issues; raise fake invoice and take your money as they please, without consent.

I have over 3 years worth of emails and disputes over same things again and again.

Do not buy any machines from them as you will be stuck with non – functioning machines while NEY will be charging you money. None of their people have enough knowledge or experience to deal with any technical issue, their engineers are not qualified to work with the machines that NEY sells.

You are better off going to a reputable company and saving yourself hassle and money.
