3 years of charges for ZERO service provided – Unfair Billing
."I am writing this to warn other families. In December 2022, I subscribed to NFHS Network from Spain to watch my son play in a state final. He was living in a US family, like spanish exchange student in Tenessee. I never used the account again. Recently, I discovered that I have been charged in credit card, every month for the last three years—nearly $400 in total.
Despite NFHS being able to verify that I have had ZERO logins or activity since 2022, they are refusing to refund the money, hiding behind their '30-day policy.' It is ethically wrong to keep money for a service they know for a fact was never delivered. I am extremely disappointed with their lack of empathy and in my opinion and just in this situation their 'unjust enrichment' business model. I am still waiting for a supervisor to reach out and settle this fairly."
