Super quick service
Super quick service, ordered a sax lift Sunday night from theirs website and it was delivered Wednesday.i live 450 km from their business.,and it was delivered by a transport service with its own forklift truck right to delivery point .👍👍👍👍

Be sure to ask how long the product can be used. A legacy software has a set end date when it stops working. After that, the product is useless.
NOTE this also applies if you have it installed on an old computer and want to use it on an older car.

Thank you very much for your review, which we appreciate. I can understand that you have bought a used interface that is over 10 years old, which you cannot get to work and which, on top of that, has been discontinued many years ago. It is of course a shame that you have bought such an old used item without putting you into things in advance. It would have been smart if you had asked in advance, then we would have liked to have been informed about this. We have even been nice and given you support on this, but unfortunately do not have the opportunity to change the state of things whether it is us who deserve this bad review, I probably don't fully agree, but I will leave that up to you. +10 years is an incredibly long time in modern technology, so be careful buying such old used diagnostic devices as they often won't be able to be updated. Unless you are 100% sure of what you are doing. I would recommend you go back to where you bought it and ask for the purchase to be canceled as the item has long since been discontinued.
