This company is great
This company is great! Whenever I have used them (either for myself or for the odd cheeky present) they have been brilliant. Online chat for help/advice is second to none, along with their knowledge. So nice to actually speak to a person rather than the automated robot that lots of businesses are adopting.

Love this place
Love this place. Have shopped with them for years, and dropped in to their Chester shop for the first time in years, as have been doing a lot on their website since their Bangor shop closed, and wow what a transformation.
The shop looks incredible with the boutique styling, and was so lovely to still see a familiar face.
This company has the best staff, the best service and the best range!

As a UK independent owned Company, reviews are extremely important to us and our customer service is our priority.
I have checked your order details and it was placed on the 4th December and an automatic confirmation was sent at 22.46. We then saw a request to gift wrap the items on our live chat, which we organised FOC. Andrea sent a confirmation email with tracking details at 12.23 on the 5th December.
Please can I ask you to check your spam as often sensitive email servers mark our emails as spam due to the nature of our business.
I have re-sent the details this evening. On checking our customers service email I cannot find an email from yourself, and would appreciate if you could send a copy direct to myself so we can investigate further.
As you maybe aware there have been ongoing industrial strikes by Royal Mail and we have endeavoured to keep our website upto date with shipping dates we have been provided, however these are changing daily due to the backlog of parcels Royal Mail are dealing with.
The tracking details are on your confirmation email, which hopefully you will have retrieved from your spam folder and you will see the parcel is at the local sorting office.

Excelent service
Placed an order for some secret santa bits... you know you can't beat a naughty gift when it's a secret.
Delivery wasn't as quick as expected, but that's due to the postal strikes.
The team kept me informed and were fantastic.
Oh and loving the ease of the shop checkout, quick and simple.

Incomplete
Ordered on the 23rd Nov arrived 7th Dec due to Royal Mail strike disruption. However on receiving my order it is incomplete despite someone ticking the items off as done on receipt. I now have to go through the rigmaroll of getting my items, which no doubt will take time again !

Hi Rebecca, as a small UK independent company, Customer service is our priority and reviews are extremely important. Having checked your order details I can see that it was placed on Saturday and a confirmation email was auto generated at 10.48 am. Due to our business name it may have gone to your Spam - which sadly is an issue if you have a sensitive email provider, they like to hide us away!
Our cut off for next day with DPD is Friday at 2.30pm and the next shipping is Monday.
On checking we sent an email with a DPD reference on Monday at 12.03 advising the shipping information, however, after being informed that DPD collection driver couldn't collect due to vehicle issues, Although I think this may have been a bit of a lie from their side as we have had several instances of them letting us down since the Royal Mail strikes due to the extra pressure they are under.
Following this we sent another email 15.02 ( from Andrea) advising that we would send Guaranteed special delivery - with the dreaded Royal Mail - and they said that this was the only mail they were prioritising. So to ensure we didn't miss the post - we sent Andrea with parcel in hand to ensure we were there before the cut off at Royal Mail.
I have tracked the order and seen that it has been delivered at 9.28am 7/12/22 and signed for by Lord.
I appreciate that this is not at all resolving the issue in the service disgruntlement you have but hope that you will give us the opportunity to rectify this via our customer service team on Help@nnnretail.co.uk or 01925 871891. We value all our customers and service is our priority, however the Royal Mail strike are impacting beyond anyones expectation - which is a result for the the Royal Mail guys!!

Fantastic experience, great service
Always a bit nervous going into “toyshops” but Trish the owner was fantastic. Really friendly and helpful, not trying to nail the sale at all, just sensible advice all the way. And a cup of coffee and a long chat about life the universe and everything too. If all retail experiences were as good as this I’d give up online shopping! Thanks Trish :)

Have been visiting the Chester shop for over 10 years now ,visted today and met the owner of the company and what an amazing lady so passionate and enthusiastic about her business we spoke about how the industry had changed over the years and one thing I can say is this place is real pleasure to visit its so comfortable amazing set up in the shop and staff are so friendly and helpful Karen who has been here right from when I first came in is such a good person you can't help but smile when you see her it's always a pleasure to see her and we talk about anything and everything and again she is very passionate about the shop and how it is ran and stocked if you ever have hesitations or nerves of visiting a sex shop then you MUST come visit here and all your expectations of what the place is like are gone straight away, it's a brilliant very friendly very easy experience and I'm sure if you just visited the once you would surely be back again and again, the stock and knowledge and experience they have is second to none I would highly recommend a visit
