Excellent service - thank you to Alan and the team at Nick Tate for the professionalism, speed of response and customer care with our valuation at a difficult time.

Alan and team were very quick at responding when we intially asked for a valuation to put our property on the market. It was then another 2 months before we decided to go ahead, but we didn;t receive anything in the way of pushy phone calls chasing us. When we did decide to sell they acted quickly and efficiently to put the property on the Market and ahceived STC within 1 week or marketing. Since that time they have remained in touch throughout the process. Would fully reccomend using Nick Tart.

10 out of 10 for being misleading and deceitful. I'm searching for a detached property. This property in spring village, comes up on rightmove and no where does it say semi detached which it is. Cheers for wasting my time ****holes! I'm fed up with amateur agents who are economical with the truth and deliberately try to hide anything that may make you reconsider. Also the property markers on the maps are very rarely in the place they're supposed to be. Not good enough chumps.

Fantastic team, very "on the ball", very friendly, they even went out of their way to collect items from my sold property to save me a long drive.
They weren't the cheapest but you definitely get what you pay for and well worth that little extra.
