Incredible shopping experience. I absolutely adore my Chanel heels I bought from Nicola’s site. They were shipped same day with tracked and signed for delivery. The shoes were boxed and packaged extremely well and safely and my shoes were in excellent condition. Will definitely be ordering again. Thank you!

Totally relieved that at last I have a good fitting bra 'Safina'. Also the understanding of Maddie was second to none as I called to discuss my issue in finding a replacement for the M&S type that M&S no longer sell and also the quality was poor. She listened to my concerns of fit and on Maddie's recommendation I went for the Safina. PERFECT! so I have now ordered another 2 colours. Nicola sourced an LV keepall 45 for me. She had a keepall on the website but I wanted something that wasn't as vintage, so I contacted her and she sourced me the perfect bag. From beginning to end Nicola's customer service was a dream. She took care in listening to exactly what I was looking for, sourced the item quickly and answered any of my queries. She even sourced me a matching LV dust bag. I have always been worried about buying pre-loved designer items as I didn't want to be sold a fake and worried about the items true condition - Nicola took all my worries away. I was provided with videos and photographs directly from Nicola Jane Couture Ltd before I had to make a decision, and of course as Nicola is very professional I trusted she knew how to spot fakes etc. Honestly, a complete dream.
