Fraud…. Do NOT buy from this website

Absolutely fuming,literally had no issues with this company after ordering a couple of times ,how over ordered 4 smus pots totalling £26 and have not received my order...emailed twice and no reply.No way of contacting them totally given up.

Awful customer service ordered nearly 1 week ago have emailed twice but no response and no snus and £30 down 🤬🤬cheers nico! 💩💩💩💩

I ordered 6 days ago now and I haven't received any information regarding my order. No track and trace number, no estimated delivery time, nothing. I wrote an e-mail asking for some information and didn't even receive a responce in 21 hours and still counting. This shows how poor the customer service is. as much as I hate writing bad reviews I think right now this is my only option.

Service is second to none. Never had a bad experience. Has a real community feeling which is pretty unique.

Really reliable and customer friendly. Large variety of different flavours and mg, been using nicopouches for a while now and have already recommended to friends who have purchased snus and been very happy with the service they have now also become a regular customer👍Best in the business from what I’ve seen!

The best snus account I have purchased from!

Got my order wrong and sent me a can of snus covered in pubes/doghairs. I complained and got a refund.

Ordered again one month later and they got my order wrong again, like completely wrong not even close and left a note in the parcel saying 'sorry your order was out of stock so we replaced it'
The website advertises products that are out of stock but appear to be in stock on the website.

I won't be using this company again, a complete letdown.
