Disgusted with this behavious
I worked with Niels last year to design an engagement ring. After our first meeting, Niels went radio silent for months not getting back to me, though he had my family diamonds in his possession. When he finally did get back in touch he claimed that his daughter had been ill, which I totally understood and we got to work.
Things continued on fine and I did get the ring eventually though 1 month later than agreed which caused me to change my proposal plans. The ring is beautiful.
The problem came after payment was exchanged, Niels has not answered a single message since he received payment, even though he still has 5-7 diamonds of mine in his possession. We had originally planned for the diamonds to go into our wedding plans- which we’ve obviously had to source from a different jeweller now.
He also has not provided the certificate for insurance as agreed. I’m so disheartened by this experience and can’t understand why he won’t respond to my messages and turn over my property.
