Nierle.com literally took 3 euro's for nothing

What was supposed to be a nice first experience turned out to be a sour one.

This was my first time ordering with Nierle.com and the ordering was quick and easy, there are plenty of payment options, and you can choose your parcel delivery company. You can choose GLS or DHL.

Because parcels with GLS often arrive damaged in my postcode, I opted for DHL and paid a 3 Euro premium for this service to Nierle.com Unfortunately my parcel was shipped with GLS and not with DHL. I tried contacting Nierle.com, but I got a track and trace link for GLS in response to my request. Not exactly the answer to my question. I asked Nierle.com for a 3 euro refund to my bank account, but Nierle.com stated that they made a store credit for me. To this, I replied that I did not want a store credit, and I asked Nierle.com again if they could transfer the 3 euros to my bank account. To this question, Nierle.com stated that they cannot transfer any amount under 5 euros.

I immediately told Nierle.com this was unacceptable to me, but I got no reply. I guess Nierle.com cheated me out of 3 euros and I'm left with no options. This means I cannot recommend Nierle.com because when things go wrong, there is no service.

Ordered branded goods but received fakes

Ordered branded goods but received fake poor quality replicas. Company failed to respond to my emails so involved Paypal. Nierle eventually responded to Paypal who explained that Nierle had offered a refund providing I ship the goods back to them at my expense.
Avoid this company, poor customer service and flawed returns policy.

Bad service

I bought dvdcover boxes of which several were damaged. They offered me € 7.50 rebate on my next order.
Same happened to me with opus.nl they replaced the whole box without asking question same at Iwonatec. That is what I call service

Warning!!!

Warning!!!

I made an order of dvd cases, it took almost 2 months before I got them. Under that 2 month I sent them several emails asking were my order was, but never got any massage back on those emails. On there site it says it were sent like 1 week after I made the order, not sure to believe that.

I later made an order of a package with blank DVD’s. Like before it says they been sent, and that 3 months ago now. I don’t get any answer on my email I send them asking were my stuff is. Haven’t got them yet!

So be aware of this company, pay with PayPal or something so you easier can get your money back.

I have to say before this problems I have made several orders that I had no problem with, it’s the last year they started to to trouble.

Betalt for 2 måneder siden. Ingen support og ingen varer

For 2 måneder siden bestilte jeg blæk hos nierle.com og betalte lige efter købet, dagen efter var pengene hævet, men så aldrig noget til mit blæk. 3 uger senere kontaktede jeg dem for at hører hvorfor dette kunne være uden noget respons. Dette fortsatte indtil nu, 2 måneder senere og nu har jeg fået nok og vil kraftigt advare alle om at handle ved nierle, da der ingen support er, ingen varer, mens de intet problem har med at tage ens penge.

2 months ago I ordered ink at nierle.com and paid right after purchasing, the following day the money was withdrawn from my account, but never saw anything to my ink. 3 weeks later I contacted nierle to hear why this might be, with no response. This continued until now, two months later and now I have had enough and have to strongly warn everyone to buy at NIERLE as there is no support is, no goods, while they have no problem is taking your money.
