The website is unreliable
The website is unreliable, transactions fail 95% of the time if it's under any load - and it is.
They don't offer the most basic services such as cash withdrawal to visa - lol. They require a separate account with an exchange to get money out and that exchange requires a passport - they won't accept drivers licence - ahah, it's that bad.

There is no customer support and the Market place is made by 12 year olds. If anything goes wrong (which it is going wrong) you lose everything. Think three times before investing large some of funds in a company that takes no liabilities with a website that crashes every-time there is a-little traffic.
When something goes wrong, you are on your own. You can try every method in the world, you will not get a response from them.

Twitter, Discord, nifty Blog All ignored Ignored. Reddit community growing daily with similar or worse situations.
BY far the worst experience with any company ever.
I'd go as far as saying this very much feels like SCAM.

Don't invest with Nifty Gateway.
I won't recommend anyone investing with Nifty Gateway. It is only the Nifty platform and the artists that are allowed to drop artwork that is making any money.
Nifty will need to do something to stimulate secondary sales.
I have bought a piece and it is just sitting. Current bids lower than the original purchase price.
Nifty is currently flooding the market with multiple drops weekly. There is no reason to buy existing artwork as there are just more and more drops coming every day.
This is just a current craze that will end with everyday people losing lots of money.

I decided to bid two art pieces on their website and declining it since there was no way I'd get something below the amount I bidded for, I was charged ?? there's no customer support, tried every way of contacting them. Nifty gateway please get back to me and resolve this issue, I don't mean to give a bad rating but cmon!
