Good Consultants, Frustrating Minimums/Contracts

I've been happy with the quality of the consultants brought forth, but in the past year, Nigel Frank started implementing minimums to hit. As a small business, this is just money we did not plan on spending. Our business needs fluctuate and having a required weekly or monthly minimum has really thrown a wrench in our relationship with Nigel Frank. It has felt more about profits than caring about the customer - when there should be a healthy balance of both. Things ran very smoothly before in that our consultant helped with projects as needed, submitted timesheets and then we paid timely. Now, it's been messy and we are spending way more money than necessary for work that isn't even being done, just because of the minimums. I would not recommend Nigel Frank unless you plan to have a consultant permanently for a dedicated number of hours.

Highly recommend Sebastian Mann as Business Central recruiter

Working with Sebastian Mann was a great experience. He helped me land a role as a Business Central consultant, and I really appreciated how he took the time to understand what I was looking for in my next position. He was able to turn that into a clear story I could confidently share during interviews.

Sebastian also did a great job coordinating interviews with several companies. He made sure everything was well-organized and that both myself and the companies were well-prepared. His communication was always clear and reliable, and he followed through on everything he said he would do.

What stood out most was how balanced and respectful he was toward everyone involved. He genuinely cares about finding the right fit for both the candidate and the company. I’d definitely recommend working with him if you’re looking for a recruiter who’s thoughtful, professional, and easy to work with.
