Rude unprofessional bullies.
A neighbour in a downstairs flat had developed a leak which they suspected came from us. The property manager from Nightingale Chancellor, refused to involve the insurance company and investigate properly to find where the leak originated, and if indeed it came from us. Instead he wanted to come in with his handy man, break up our ceramic shower tray and demanded that we pay for this and damages downstairs. All a bit too fishy for our liking. The case is still ongoing, as we cannot get either party to communicate with the insurance company.
At best unhelpful; at worst, rude, prickly and threatening behaviour from second-rate people that serve the interests of a favoured few residents rather than all residents. Terrible service, even by the low standards of this sector. Probably the worst property management company I have come across.
