Nikitas Airport Transfers Reviews 

I've used Nikitas many times to the airport each time they have been punctual to and from the airport. The drivers are professional friendly and very helpful.Even when our driver Sally called at 2.15am to say she'd had a tyre blow out on her way to me, she had already instructed another driver who was on his way. Steve picked us up at the airport and despite heavy traffic on M25 due to an accident he found another route which avoided it and got us home safely. Thank you Nikitas once again. Have been using Nakita's for a few years now and can honestly say I wouldn`t use any one else . They are always reliable ,very nice prices and the customer service is second to none, if I don`t have to I won't use anyone else.

Have used Nikitas many times and really feel you're in safe hands and they go above and beyond to ensure you'll reach your destination. On return our flight was redirected to Gatwick (was supposed to be Southend), was great to have peace of mind that Nikitas would go out of their way to make sure they could pick us up from a different airport with very little notice. Great service!!

Our daughter has used them a few times and a couple of evenings ago they took our grandsons to a concert at the O2. It is so nice to know that the driver was really looking after them and everything was professional and very friendly. A first class service from start to finish and worry free for us. Gave 5 stars as no 6! I assume there are two types of taxi firms Nikita's and the others. No hesitation in recommending.

Great Service. Transported my 94 year old Dad to/from Church/wedding venue during storm. Looked after him, kept him safe and on time. Will use again…

We used Nikita’s for the first and the outward journey was very good. Driver was early and very polite. For the Return journey we were picked up by a driver named sally who seemed impatient and borderline rude. She seemed annoyed that we were delayed in exiting the airport just because one of us threw up and had to get changed. She told me she’d charge us an extra £100 for waiting in the airport parking only for me to find out later when I read the parking signs that the extra charge was only £25. When it came to packing our bags in the vehicle she was quite rude in her communication clearly still annoyed that she’d waited for us. If I use Nikita’s again I’ll definitely avoid a driver named sally.

We’ve used nikitas a few times in the past and always had a great experience and I’ve previously recommended them but unfortunately this time was poor and we won’t use them again.

On our outbound journey the driver that collected us had a problem with his payment machine signal and so we stood outside the terminal for a while with 2 excited kids waiting while he tried over and over to get it working. I couldn’t call nikitas to pay because it turned out he was a subcontractor and after a while I had to bank transfer him so we could get going.

On the return journey I’d emailed to confirm the taxi. Our plane was slightly delayed but we came through to arrivals with no contact from the driver and no info on who the driver either.

Called the 24hr number and 10 mins later got a call back from the driver to say they were still 20 mins away.

Sat with our 5 and 7 year old on the arrivals floor waiting at 2am. Taxi turns up only to find they do not have our kids car seats on board & don’t even know where the seats are! We had to sit my 7 year old with no seat or booster in the car. The driver did have a basic booster which my 5 year old used but it was not an age/height appropriate seat.

I’d messaged the manager regarding the issues last night and asked him to call me today- The car seats were left outside our house this morning and I’ve had no contact from the manager.

Mark is a true professional, I dont even ask about costs anymore I'm booking with them anyway. For us it's peace of mind and no matter what we'll get to that airport, you won't be disappointed

The service to Heathrow early in the morning was excellent. Unfortunately due to stop oil protesters my taxi was delayed on my return journey. But nonetheless the service was professional and reliable. Would highly recommend 👌

I have absolutely no hesitation at all in recommending this company to anyone needing transport to or from Gatwck. I liaised with them from Australia, and all went according to plan. At all times they were professional, friendly and accommodating. It was a relief to know they were waiting for me at Tilbury after we returned to the UK, to be confronted with Covid-19 panic everywhere. I was collected by Dee, who also drove me to the docks on my outward journey. I was so relieved to know that my transport to the airport was there, that I got there in a timely, safe fashion and that I would eventually get back to Australia before the total travel ban was in place. The stress that I saw people going through was dreadful. I am only so grateful to have found Nikitas, and would definitely use again and thoroughly recommend to people needing safe, reliable and comfortable transport.

After having a flight cancelled we arranged to travel to Southend rather than our original destination. Whilst going through all the panic of how to get me and my party home it was a relief that the transfer from SEN to LTN was something we didn’t need to worry about. The company offered a very competitive quote and we immediately had a channel of communication to ensure when we finally arrived in the UK our transport was available. Although we were 3 Hours delayed our driver (Maria) was there to meet us as soon as we came out of the airport. She was very friendly and the Minibus was of an excellent standard. If we ever require transportation in the area again I would have no hesitation at all in going straight to Nikitas. Thanks again for your help!

Excellent, friendly and professional service. First class! Have just booked a second transfer within 2 weeks of using them for my Sons holiday. They really go the extra mile for the customer. Nothing is too much trouble.
