Be carefull shopping there!
I bought two items from Nimmersats welt, and at first the transaction went very well, the contact person Lisa Fürtig was quick to respond and I received the toys in ok time.
However, when I received the items it was another matter.
The description had said that the item was in a box that might show some dents, and that was ok. But the item I received was discoloured and scratched and not something I would give away as a gift.
When I tried to complain to Frau Fürtig, there was NO understanding, and she kept claiming that the product had been fine, when it left her, and referred to the item description.
I then choose to complain, and returned the item. And upon receival she did agree that the item was faulty, but that took a lot of struggle and a long e-mail correspondence.
I have now received a refund for the item, so in that sense it is an legit shop, but still....be carefull!
