Great price, inventory and customer service. I don’t typically import, but when I do I come here. My figure was stuck in their warehouse due to tariff regulations and I didn’t want to pay $50 for one figure but they came up with an alternative shipping method that allowed me to comfortably request my item. This is 1 of my 2 beloved figure stores, the best in Asia! The place of choice for japanese figures and quite a lot of 3rd party too. The prices are excellent, the shipping is unbelievably cheap (especially with My Private Warehouse ), and the team answers your questions in a blast. Don't forget that you can very often pre-order for free! If you searh for Mafex, Revoltech or Storm Collectibles, Nin-nin is the place to go!

Nin-Nin Game offers figures for very good prices. It‘s very affordable and you also have a great choice of selection. Shipping is very fast, but of course it depends on which carrier you chose. But all in all I highly recommend Nin-Nin game, if you‘re a collector.

It's one of my places were I usually find figures and even merchandise that are no longer available on other sites, or if they are they do have better prices.
Shipping times do take a bit longer but if you are willing to wait for the order then it's all good.

I placed an order on Sept 22 10:50 JST. The following day, Sept 23, the store launched a surprise sale. At 06:45 JST—well before their business hours—I promptly contacted them to request a price adjustment of approximately ¥4,500.

The order was not marked as shipped until 17:50 JST on the same day, and JP Post confirmed receipt only on Sept 24 16:00 JST. At the time of my inquiry, the parcel had not yet left their facility, leaving ample opportunity for the store to respond or intervene.

Instead, they replied one hour after the order was marked as shipped, stating: “Order has already been shipped today. At this stage we are unable to cancel or adjust the price anymore.”

Notably, the store had no published policy stating, “As per our store policy, we do not offer price matching for previously placed orders, even if an item later goes on sale.” Instead, they instructed me to “refuse delivery. Once it is returned to us, we will be able to refund the item’s value (excluding the original shipping cost).”

I have been a recurring customer since 2021, consistently placing multiple orders each year and relying on this store as a trusted supplier. It is disappointing that preserving a ¥4,500 margin was prioritized over maintaining customer goodwill.

This will be my final order with this store, particularly in light of their closing response: “We respect your decision if you choose not to continue shopping with us, though we regret to see you go.” Such a statement reflects little regard for loyal customers.

I have been a loyal customer of this website for a long time and often browse their site daily, adding items I like to my favourites list. Recently, I placed an order because the product price and the shipping fee shown online were acceptable to me. However, after completing the purchase, I received an email saying that the shipping cost had to be increased and I was asked to pay extra.

If the price displayed was due to a company error, I feel it is unreasonable to ask customers to cover that mistake. Buyers make decisions based on the information provided at checkout, which should be accurate and final. I hope the company improves their system, and I recommend other customers double-check shipping fees before placing an order to avoid surprises.

Good prices fast delivery never a problem

I will never use this company ever again, this happened a couple years ago but this is what happened. I PRE-ORDERED the bandai medarot super movable collection 2 MONTHS before it was supposed to come out, I had the first one and I was so excited to complete the set, medabots was my favourite anime growing up and and these figures we're going to be the crown jewels of my collection... They made me pay in full when I pre-ordered which I wasn't happy about because I now had over £100 sitting in someone else's pocket with nothing to show for it. I didn't check my emails very often because again, I had already paid for the product. The release date passes and I wait a couple weeks before trying to get in touch. It turns out a couple weeks before relese Nin Nin had emailed me, telling me they needed MORE MONEY for the product that they had priced and taken my money for. And because I hadn't seen the email to pay the extra for, they canceled my order and sold the product I'd paid for. What kind of self respecting company would pull the wool over a customer's eyes like that? Any decent human being would have honoured the price that THEY set, and shipped my product as agreed, instead of selling it at a mark-up to someone else. The product now sells for more than double what it originally sold for and there is no feasible way I will ever have it now. The product that I paid for before it even released, will never be in my collection because of this company's disgusting values and lack of morality. I will never use Nin Nin ever again and I hope no one else does either.
