The prices are great but you have to pay at least $30 for shipping, I do live in the use so it’s not entirely their fault but even before it was slightly expensive. Over they are great especially with pre orders!

I've been buying since 2023 and I've never really had an issue. One time I bought the Mafex Thor comic version and it came with a factory error on one of the hands. I got in touch and they sent out a replacement for the hand. Would highly recommend for people who are looking for some imported figures.

I've order 2 items from the store, but with both, the experience has been superb. These guys keep you updated of your order all the time, even when the product has been delayed. I remember that last time I ordered a Figma Solid Snake MGS2, the updated version, and it got delayed for a couple of months. Eventhough, I wasn't mad at all, because I knew they will delivery... and they did.

Shipping price policy is terrible. One has to pay more when ordering more items.
Payment policy is also not customer friendly. Even with payment plan, one has to pay the total amount of the product several month before arriving. And then we have no guarantee of the shipping price.
I understand that some prices are put of their control. But if that's the case, they have to change the payment policy, so that a customer can only make the payment after they have the product in stock.
I've already cancelled my last order because of this. I will cancel my current preorders if they keep raising the shipping price after I've already payed for all for 6 month now.

They're a great site and is my favourite, been using them for 2-3 years now, however their processing time to pack and ship the parcels is taking AGES, no matter if it's in stock or not and no matter what shipping method I choose...
