I have excelente experiente with the Nin-Nin Game. I am going to buy more products with them.

Have placed a few orders with NinNin now and each has been amazing. No issues with them at all, Always well packed, arrive safe and undamaged, shipping is fast and I feel confident when pre ordering.

Thankfully not had any QC issues on Mafex figures I have bought yet so not sure how the return/Refund policy is so I can't give my thoughts on that.

I just have to hope they are agreeable and understand and its not any trouble to return figures if needed for replacements or refunds.

Very good site tho and defiantly going to keep using them.

The experience with Nin Nin is great, it has many figures in a great price... Tho the o ly thing i can do in it is "Pay Later " option... Somehow never appears when I try to pre-oder things... Besides that its an amazing chpice for collectors...

As a first time customer Item option was available. Shipping and handling was quick, efficient,and well done. Cant wait to shop again

Been using NinNin for years and they have never let me down. From order to receiving it's all just straightforward. Great communication I've found. Items are always solidly packed too so the journey from Japan to UK means everything arrives safely.

Bought 3 Mafex figures, shipping was slightly delayed with two but it was made up for when they all arrived at the same time!

One of the figures the cyclops, had some QC issues where the arm popped off but it is an easy fix and I checked online it is an issues with this particular figure from Mafex!

Pricing on the mafex is good I’ll definitely be ordering from nin-nin again.

I haven’t had an issue so far, I’ve bought around 5 or 6 figures from them. I like their prices and availability on some figures.

I've been buying from them since 2022. I've never had any issues or problems. I think their points system is great. My latest purchases have been S.H.FIGUARTS: Star Wars Episode III - Revenge of the Sith - General Grievous [Bandai Spirits], S.H.FIGUARTS: My Hero Academia / Boku no Hero Academia - Ochaco Uraraka [Bandai Spirits], and Shokugan: Link Travelers x Mobile Suit Gundam GQuuuuuX - Machu & Nyaan (Set of 2) (Limited + Bonus) [Bandai]. I highly recommend them!

I've been using Nin-Nin Game for years now as my go to shop for import figures, be they stock or pre-orders. I've never had a single issue with them, we know some of these import manufacturers delay the release of their figures. But I never worry that I will not receive my figure, I know as soon as they are released and in stock at Nin-Nin I'll get my figure.

My item somehow arrived from Tokyo to Detroit in under 24 hours while paying for standard shipping. The item arrived packaged well and was in mint condition, and was cheaper than other retailers. Exceeded my expectations.

NNG is my number one store for buying export figures. They’re always amazing, costumer service 10/10. They have some delays lately but it’s because of the demand. We all love NNG for many reasons but the most important ones… they are authentic, responsible, cares about their customers, always have good deals, etc. I really appreciate them and I’ll keep buying my figs from them.

They show nice prices, but keep in mind you can get 40% handling/tax costs added to the prices to get your package through customs in your own country. This is not clear in this site.

Payed for express shipping , on the 13th of this month. They waited till the last day (23th)with a complaint already filed about refunding me the express shipping money to change to regular shipping, and then informed me there was an EXTRA ammount i had to pay on my " no extra money needed for shipking " order. IN WICH i indeed had to pay an extra. Just for them to send it next day ...havent heard from my order since it left Japan on the 25th (its 31st right now) ao affectively , ive payed 20 bucks for extra shipping + the extra fee they made me pay , for nothing. Total liers . Add to the mix this was a birthday present with the birthday date very past due and my anger is more than justified.
