Paid for a parcel but was never received,I feel conned

I am absolutely disgusted in the service! No one responds to any emails, calls, or even the whatsapp chats. I ordered my outfit in November 2024 for my wedding event for Decmeber . The parcel has still not arrived up until today, and my money was taken! I really do not want the outfit anymore, I just want my hard earned money back as I feel I was scammed! Absolutely disappointed and will never be ordering from this company again!

My experience with this website has…

My experience with this website has been awful. First of all I couldn’t get anyone to respond to my chats, emails or WhatsApp inquiries. I finally received my and to my disappointment the out was not stitched according to the measurements I sent. The top is very short and the skirt waist is very big. I now have to pay someone to fix it since I need it for an upcoming wedding. I would never buy from the company ever again.
