So far, 13 days after payment, says still awaiting a Zelle payment, that went through immediately. Numerous attempts to contact customer service through chat, 2 different service requests, with documentation of sale, buyer beware. This isn't very good service, feeling ripped off about now. I will delete, once order filled.

What a disappointment! They never shipped my items. Then they said we’re out of stock and too order a different one. They didn’t even refund my money. Sent 7 messages and they never responded. What a joke of a company.

I got robbed . I never received any of the products I ordered. I even bought insurance. I was truly scammed and plan making a police report but was a 4oo.oo dollar total .

there are a lot of fake reviews here, they are lying about the authenticity of the products, watch out nine gear is about. one of the reviews said the products are fake and he is dead right.

DO NOT BUY FROM THEM! They have ALL fake products and LIE about everything

Great experience…shipment came quick and it was exactly what I ordered. If you follow their directions, everything flows smoothly…highly recommended

Timely delivery and great customer service.

Received the wrong product/brand. Product I ordered still shows in stock on site. Status of order showed pending and didn’t show shipped until a week after I received order. And no response on the multiple tickets I opened trying to address either of these issues. This will be the last and only time ordering from here.

Placed an order and received the exact products. Took a little longer but overall I would say it was a positive experience and I would recommend using this company. I will definitely be ordering again. Company is trustworthy and kept me updated

Ordered and finally received my order after a month

Read the reviews, some good, most bad. But I wanted some gear delivered to the UK so placed my order with hesitance. This was the beginning of Feb. It's April now, and nothing. Used the chat feature to chase but all I get is excuses. Disappointed that I've been scammed like this. No way of getting money back that I know of as it was a WU transaction. KEEP AWAY FROM THESE GUYS.

These guys are slower than napsgear and are really difficult to communicate with. Had my money from western union sit there for 2 days no one was picking up and I wrote down per letter who would get the money. I hate buying out of India those people are shady as hell. I will never other these guys again, way too much of a hassle for what I get

Great selection of gear high quality stuff very helpful costumer service shipping takes a bit but the wait is worth it I definitely recommend it

Paid 157 back in December to the Zelle they gave me. Customer support/chat is terrible to say the least - I have nothing. I’ll be going back to my trusted provider next time. There are other options out there. Don’t go with this one.

Product as described. Took a little while to receive, but am happy with product.

Total Scam. Paid over $200. No confirmation. No product. No response from support. Don't waste your money.

Received product in a few weeks after order good product no complaints decent prices emailed about order was scared I was being ripped off but they assured all was good and it was all good!

I have places three orders and all three were missing more than half the items I ordered.

Update still no response this company will wait till you put a good order in listen I paid and insured my order they won’t even let me use the insurance very shady company which is unfortunate you would think or and I only received half my order they switch products the product was good but if I would of got all my order I spoke once on the phone yah it’ll be right out then tried to charge me again f n crazy your playing roulette with these clowns I gave them my number how. To contact nothing still nothing I paid for this order wtf for a company to just bear you like this I have a legitimate script so I’m not sure we’re this bs comes from greed
