Bloons Adventure time

Bloons Adventure time td is a good game but what it's missing is sandbox, it would be way better for the game and every other game has sandbox but BATT doesn't. So please add sandbox mode

Revoked app access & very poor support

I am highly unsatisfied with the quality of support that I have received as not only was I scammed out of 6,99 GBP for the app (as got charged twice as I bought the app back around 2020-ish) & I had access to it revoked. It's not a lot of money but that's not the point - the point is that I was charged twice, first time when I bought the app few years back (around 2020-ish time and I don't keep email receipt from 4 years+) and after changing phones got from Oneplus 7 Pro to Pixel 8 Pro I had access to the app revoked & was charged for second time for which I have request refund which I did get, yet I still don't have access to the app. Support didn't help and while I made it clear that I am using THE SAME GOOGLE ACCOUNT on both devices, they essentially did a copy-paste replies that I need to be signed in to the account I made the purchase on. I even sent proof from Google Play support which confirmed that I was charged for the second time. I am very appaled by the supports inability of reading requests with UNDERSTANDING & replying with only copy-pasted "solutions" from their script. As much as I like your games, this is simply unacceptable & you simply lost another customer.

Terrible

Terrible. I lost a level 90 account in BTD6 and tried to get support from Corey, who types like a 10 year old with emojis. He asked 6 questions in a span of 7 emails and I couldn't get my progress recovered. What is the point of having this game on steam if it doesn't remember your progress?

Fantastic company

This is THE best game company I have ever seen.
Ninja Kiwi interacts with the community of their games very frequently. They also listen to the playerbase for suggestions or complaints etc, it's very clear that NK cares about the players of their games and that is great to see, I wish all companies were like that...
Their actual games are incredibly cool, although I mostly just play btd6. A lot of people call it pay to win but it's really not. Sort of. I mean a lot of the modes in the game can be made much easier by paying, however not even in large amounts, and said things can be easily completed without spending a cent. On top of that, ALL competitive gamemodes ban the use of collectables or things bought with real money, which is great and fair on everyone. The hardest mode also bans bought things. The majority of the community for btd6 is incredibly helpful, there are some elitists but nothing major. Also the support team for NK is great, whenever you have a problem and they always help you quite quickly. NK seems to have a few spaghetti code moments though, where lots of game breaking bugs can be found, but they fix them fairly quickly which is great. Very under-rated company, deserves more support imo. They even made a dart monkey plushie which lots of people always wanted, myself included.
That's about it, there's nothing really bad I can say about it.

Very helpful when in-game purchase didn’t work

I made an in-game purchase on my son’s game of Bloons TD6 (which he was using his pocket money to buy) and it didn’t come through on his game, but I had been charged.
I contacted Ninja Kiwi with screenshots to show as proof, and a lovely person named Jennifer replied very promptly and was so helpful!
She resolved the issue very quickly and professionally and my son even received some extra in-game coins as compensation for our inconvenience! I was very impressed by the customer care in our situation. Thank you!
