I bought NuDerma Clinical Skin Therapy Wand a month ago and and unexpectedly stop working.

Been Used ones a day always following the instructions.

Never been dropped or hit.

Guarantee is only for 14 days.
I do not recommend buying from them

Very bad experience. Creates the impression of being local, but ships from abroad (US in my case). Delivery takes forever (more than 3 weeks). Customs handling fees were more than product’s value. Packaging was so poor that the container broke and more than half of the contents spilled out into the half torn open shipping bag. Will never order from them again.

You have not contacted me after numerous emails and my review since March 2021. I am yet to receive my refund after returning you the incorrect product sent to me. This case is not resolved.

I really hoped will receive my Aud $183 since I rightfully returned the product per advised and sent all the photos requested. You kept saying will receive refund with so many excuses. 2 years and yet to receive refund. Hope my review will caution other shoppers to be careful dealing with Ninthavenue.

DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY. THEY PROMISED ME A REFUND BUT HAVE NOT HEARD FROM CUSTOMER SERVICES SINCE THE PROMISE OF A £68 REFUND I’M EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED , ANGRY AND FRUSTRATED . Scammers. These people take your money and don't deliver. How are they still in business is beyond comprehensible

Foolishly, I paid £42.95 to Ninth Avenue for what looked like a good quality and nicely designed razor handle. What I received was completely different in design and appearance. It was also of the poorest possible quality. I’d be surprised if the production cost was more than £1 - £2. It belongs in the bin.

3 month ago I ordered a 50ml biossance sunscreen from ninthavenue.
When the parcel finally arrived I had to first of all pay toll fees since they send from US and not EU, which made the cost on the product almost 720 Dkr, and then on top the parcel only contained a 20ml product and not the 50ml I had paid for.

I have contacted their customer service several times now, and the latest reply on dec 9’th was that I would get a refund.
12 bank days later I still did not get my refund.

After a numerous amount of e-mails and a 3 month long process I am getting very tired of this case.
I would never recommend to buy anything from this company.
Very dissapointed.

It is a fake buisnes,the e.mail does not exist,you dont get your order,only a small part of it,but you pay,and tax on the top.Stay away from Ninthavenue.

SCAM Totally agree with review dated 28/01/2021. Purchased a Gel Nail Lamp Dryer for a xmas present for my daughter. Really poor quality and absolutely no customer service or help with replacement. Do not use this company.

SCAM!!!!!!! I purchased a hair trimmer for a Christmas Present. Had it wrapped under the tree for more then 10 days. Open it and use it, barely cuts hairs. It dies. Go to charge it and it won't charge. Email ninth Avenue and they say its been more then 10 days there's nothing they can do! They sold me a faulty product!!!! 😡😡😡

I ordered under the name Ninth Avenue - Australia and when my product arrived it was from the USA with a USA electrical plug.
When I emailed the company they said I need to buy a adaptor to convert from USA to Australian- what a scam!!
I bought a emjoi , cost $200 Australian and it is a cheap rip off , of the original emjoi and does not even work efficiently.It barely takes out the hair and the power on it is useless.
I am so disappointed and I can only advise to NEVER buy from this company, I have been ripped off big time.

SCAM!! I am truly disappointed. This scammers are annoying. Now they are insisting that the money has been paid another one says they are refunding within 48hrs.Same story over and over. I have asked for a proof of payment atleast a receipt inorder to take to the bank but they have refused. Now there is a guy by the name Allan who is asking me to send my bank statements for them to confirm. How long are this scammers going to be here.Can someone act please!!

Excellent one-stop shop for beauty products! They have a wide variety of brands all in one place and this is what makes this store so special. The products are also hundred percent authentic and come at very reasonable price. My girl was also impress on their customer service. They assisted her well and they are responsive to queries. I guess I couldn't expect more as they are very knowledgeable to their products and the different brands. No wonder the luxurious shopping experience is what you get when you shop here. The orders arrived right at our doorstep earlier than the scheduled delivery. This is because of the seller's effort for shipping the product as quickly as possible. I highly recommend buying from this shop.
