Lights in the toilets would be my only request for the future pls

Nirvana Europe is absolutely amazing! I booked my travel with them for Ironman Ireland 2022. It was my first trip to Europe and I traveled alone. The booking process was easy and straight forward. Any question that I had was answered clearly and expediently. From my accommodation to the airport transfers, event transfers, bike build, bike break down/pack up, accessibility during the trip..I felt taken care of every step of the way. I will utilize Nirvana Europe for all of race travel going forward! Thank you for an amazing experience!

I have just completed Ironman Cork 140.6 on 14/08/2022. I booked my accommodation, race day transfers, pre-race bike tune up & entry slot through Nirvana. This was my first ever Ironman event & from day one the team from Nirvana were very helpful. Emails were answered quickly pre Race. The fact I had a package took some of the stress out of race day, knowing I had guaranteed transfers to & from the event- it worked well, with my hotel being the first on the pick up list & we picked up a few people from a couple of other hotels en route to the event. The pre-race tune up provided reassurance after traveling across from the UK on the ferry & knowing everything was working fine before the race.
After the event I ended up in the medical tent feeling very rough & barely able to move, the medics & Ironman team arranged for me to be taken to the Nirvana bus pick up spot in an Ironman van, where they left me with Sean & Harvey. They knew I needed to get back so Sean took me back in one of the Nirvana cars whilst Harvey waited for more athletes & the big coach to arrive back from an earlier drop off. Couldn’t fault the service & professionalism from the team they have been great throughout! Thank you all!

I would absolutely love to say they did anything at all but unfortunately after weeks of zero response after I sent many emails I would have to say this company could care less about a trip anyone is trying to plan. The absolute worst

I wanted to give feedback from this event last weekend which my wife and I attended and booked our hotel (holiday inn) and 2 day transfers through Nirvana.

The event is spread over several locations making transfers a challenge.

Your event representatives Chris Wilde and Harvey did a wonderful job for us and all the transfers went smoothly and without any hassle.

Chris was extremely efficient and courteous. Harvey was very approachable, informative and helpful and, considering it was his first event, was very knowledgeable.

Thank you Nirvana for helping to make our weekend enjoyable.

I have used Nirvana for several years now for my Ironman races in the UK and abroad. This is the first time that they have brought the bike transfers in-house and there were lots of benefits to this. Communication was excellent throughout and having the van right by the finish line was an added bonus. Chris and the staff were extremely helpful from start to finish both for bike collection and in resort. The only reason why I didn't give a 5-star review was because I had to travel much further to get the bike collected on both journeys than I had previously. It is still a time saver and peace-of-mind help which I will use again, but slightly more manageable collection arrangements would make the service even better.

We booked our hotel for the Stafford Ironman through Nirvana, and received great communication from start to finish. Then Chris and Brenden went the extra mile and more to assist us when we discovered there was no official Ironman shuttle to set up at T1. Very grateful to the team for keeping in direct contact with us through the afternoon before race day and will definitely book through Nirvana again.

- lied to, given wrong information, sent at least four emails at a time before getting an update. Their misinformation over the phone ended up costing me over £1,000. I made five separate requests over some weeks for a formal complaints contact or process. No response so I still can't even take it up with the ombudsman. Steer clear of this outfit!!

I used Nirvana's overland bike transport for Mallorca 70.3 from Newcastle in May. What a treat! In previous years I have used bike box on plane, now I have a two year old decided to skip the hassle of assembling/ taking apart bike and so pleased I did. As if things weren't easy enough, the icing on the cake was the Nirvana van 10 metres from bike check out post race 👐 Thank you!

Travelled to an event with Nirvana last week and everything was perfect, not only at the event but also during the build up to the event getting my bike overseas. This was the third event that I have used Nirvana for and I can't recommend them enough.

Dreadful experience with Nirvana Europe (they don't even deserve one star), so please beware of this company. Let me explain two scenarios I have recently had:

1. I was due to compete in the Boston Marathon this month (April), but due to obvious reasons (Coronavirus) this event was cancelled. I contacted Sports Tours International a few weeks before the event was cancelled & they assured me they would give me a full refund (very reassuring indeed). I received an immediate full refund, once it was officially cancelled (no questions asked) by Boston from Sports Tours International (£3500).

2. I was due to compete in Ironman Ireland in June. I contacted Nirvana Europe about the exact concerns a few weeks before cancellation & they replied saying “It’s you own fault & you should have taken out early travel insurance". Once the event was cancelled I managed to get a partial refund, but they kept £600 (!!) of my money.

So, you can make your own judgements about how I was treated & who'll be getting my triathlon clubs future business once races are again officially resumed.
