DO NOT ORDER FROM THE NIS AMERICA…

DO NOT ORDER FROM THE NIS AMERICA WEBSITE. I preordered Trails from Daybreak almost a year ago and the game has been out for almost a month. I received no update of shipping. At this point, I am viewing the situation as if I have been robbed from them. I emailed and called multiple times, no response. Don’t trust them with your money.

They never respond

I preordered the Trails through Daybreak limited edition with the plushies in September of 2023. Game released July 5, 2024. I did not get my game. I emailed the company several times asking the status of my order and they will not respond to me. They didn’t respond to other people either. I just want my game. I spent $176 and I have a feeling I got scammed at this point.

I have shopped with them for years and…

I have shopped with them for years and had no problems until they migrated to their store. I already had a game paid off, but had not received despite almost a month since it came out. No response from the the multiple emails I have sent out. They have a active Twitter presence but they refuse to answer emails. Their customer service has declined and I am furious how tone deaf they are.

Customer Service Disaster

I've been ordering from this company for years and love the product they put out. However, their customer service and shipping/warehouse services are appalling. For some reason they decide to do an online store migration before their biggest game release of the year and botch it up. My rewards points were first off not applied to my purchase and have been removed from my account. Secondly when I received Trails into Reverie Limited Edition they shipped me the wrong game. Also, it arrived a week past its release date and they didn't send an invoice with it so I have no idea if this order was intended for me or not. I contacted support twice and it has been weeks now for my first email and I still haven't received a reply. Extremely disappointed and not sure I will deal with them again despite how good their games are, it is a real shame.

Non-existent customer service

Company has no customer service department. They simply do not respond to support requests. They do nothing.

They communicate all major news and information solely through Twitter instead of email. Preorders are not guaranteed to arrive on the release date. They're not guaranteed to arrive at all.

This company does nothing for its customers. Literally nothing. Not even fulfilling orders. Stay away.

my pre-ordered items never arrived and I received no notifications on shipment.

you cannot check preorder numbers or shipping numbers. My account does not show purchases when they definitely exist due to a preorder counting as a purchase. Their guest account process doesn't work and they are not compliant with us laws on user information.

Your not allowed to hide your customer support service, intentionally break ur system or mislead users into thinking you have a phone number that is only permitted to the state of California when us law specifically grants us rights

Things such as 1: I can challenge any charges on my credit , 2: I'm entitled to contact with their support line in a manner which I find accessible 3: They are supposed to keep accurate totals on my orders and present a order history and 4: I'm supposed to be updated of any incidents, mistakes, cancelations etc. None of that is happening on my account right now.

I cant even join their f******* discord because they never tested a single android device, w-t-f is wrong with these people?

First order

Had never ordered from them before and wanted to buy a blu-ray set that was $100+ since they had the best price for it anywhere. My concern wasn't warranted as I wasn't charged until it had been shipped and the items soon arrived perfectly safe and intact. Would happily order from this website again!

International shipping charges

Advertises international shipping, but hides rates that match the price of a collector's edition game.
The charges exceed it as well, as they are somehow not covering import fees.

NO CUSTOMER SERVICE. THIS IS A SCAM! They will tell you that they need you to pay through their link to PayPal. DO NOT DO IT! They will take money and never send a product. ITS A TOTAL SCAM.

NOTHING BUT A SCAM

I ordered the Disgaea 1 Switch Complete Rosen Maiden edition for a friend and I received an email from somebody at NISA that there was an issue with my billing and they wanted me to pay using Paypal from a new link they provided. The problem is that they already took my money 2 days ago via CC with no issue and have yet to refund me so I can pay their new method. They wont reply to me through email but will reply through twitter to say that I should contact them through email. They haven't shipped my package even though they're holding onto my money I sent them while still asking for more money.

Not delivering to PAL-region?

Not delivering to PAL-region?? What a bad customer service! Nowadays people can afford multiregion DVD-players. Even multiregion-Bluray players can be bought. Thus, not shipping to PAL-regions is a lame excuse! Completely disappointed!

Lack of Customer Service and waiting for long time

I had trouble issued with NISA Service experience.

1. they mailed an item with an error tracking number and I didn't receive my item for more than 5 days.

2. Sales rep. lack of responding me back on over the phone with excuse more than 2 hours I had to call them back.

3. they mailed the wrong item and I had to complain to the general support for the issue of my experience 7 times and they didn't get it right.

finally, I got my package item exactly they mention. but I don't know if I'm doing business with them again because I had the worst customer service experience.

Won't buy NISA product anywhere else.

I have Atelier Totori release brought all my NISA games and Umineko Anime + Neptune Shirt from them and never had any issues with them.

Their customer support normally answer within 24 hour of the mail been send (maybe a little longer, if it's up to a Release of Game).

I highly recommend NISA
