Dead car battery after 2 months car purchase …

I purchased a used vehicle approximately 2 months ago at this dealership. A 2020 car with 30000 miles, clean car fax, one owner, no accidents. Paid top dollar, did my research and landed at this dealership. The salesman Shyam Manandhar thanked me endlessly for purchasing from him, going as far to even give me his cell number for “any assistance I may need in the future”. Apparently that offer did not include assistance with a dead battery after 2 months of car ownership. When I was finally able to speak to him and remind him of what he said when he offered assistance all he provide were suggestions such as going to a garage, getting a jump and driving to the dealerships service department etc. I think you get the idea. While I do realize that car dealers are sneaky at best I did not expect this type of a response. I was the one coming up with possible solutions such as “how about you send someone from the service dept to jump my car battery and then I can drive somewhere to buy a new battery”…”no, we don’t do things like that. Of course you don’t Shyam. Hopefully anyone who takes the time to read this will heed my warning…do not spend your hard earned money at this dealership. They are unworthy of your business and time.
