Stay away

Ordered a Sonos set comprised of an amplifier and two outdoor speakers via Amazon. Nital shipped only the speakers and when we inquired about the amplifier they said that there was a mistake and the description of the item on Amazon was wrong. They also stated that “I should have realised it when I saw the price (!!!)”. When I told them that the invoice correctly stated that I bought 3 items (2 speakers and 1 amp) they replied saying that such set does not exists (it does and it is on Sonos website) and that they could not ship the amplifier alone as it would have been a too valuable of a gift to send for no reason. Never thought that a legally binding contract meant so little to a seller. Following up with Amazon as well. Definitely buyer be aware!!!
