Booked a PCR test , no booking ref received so couldn’t complete Travel Locator Form. Tried to contact them 25 times over a one week period and phone just rang out. Sent 4 emails no response. Had to book with another provider in order to be able to make our journey home. Eventually got a refund agreed but they made many excuses why it was not paid. It took from early July to Sept 9th to get our money back. Never got a response to the emails and never got an apology. Do not use NL Clinic

I am very surprised with the bad reviews, cutomer service and testing must have improved enormously since then.

Personnally, I had no problem whatsoever.
I had the results of my day 2 tests on time. For day 5 test we wanted to have the results as fast as possible so we went direclty to the lab. The staff there were incredibly helpful and super nice !!
and we received the results within a few hours and so we were able to could stop quarantining the very same day :)))
Would absolutely recommend!

NLCLINIC appears to be the same as 247hmetesting, they have the same address but 247hometesting has a lot lower review rating the prices for NLCLINC are a bit higher. I do not know if the return test boxes can be distinguished if not my review for 247hometesting will apply so this is it:
I posted my test on 2nd and on 3rd checked royal may tracking which said it had been received at 8:50am. It is now the 5th and I have nothing back, it is over 50 hours since the royal mail delivered it. They say to use Track a Test app if you have no results and I have done that it says sample not received at lab which I guess means they have not scanned the box in and it is still lying in the to be processed pile. My test is a two day test so it not that urgent to get the result although if I test positive it means I am walking around spreading covid. But if they have not scanned my test box they do not know if it urgent or not, if it was a five day or 8 day test It would mean I have to spend extra days isolating. I am doubtful I will get results today which means it will be over 72 hours since they recived my test. Be warned you may have to isolate several days longer than expected.

I first used this service in December abd was really impressed as I got my results within two hours . Used them again yesterday after going for the randox box day 2 package that was a waste of time and money but thankfully I was able to get a speedy appointment at nl clinic in Southgate. They were helpful and friendly and took good care of my little ones . I wish I’d booked with them first instead of randox. Will be using them in the future if need be . Great customer service from Kem and Stephanie .

Reading all the reviews I became nervous if my PCR tests would ever show up. But as soon as I landed and got home all 3 PCR tests were waiting for me! Great service considering I ordered them the day before and paid extra for express delivery. I do live relatively close by (both in London) so that definitely helps but overall happy so far! Not sure about results as it's my first day in isolation but will keep you posted!

Super helpful and efficient staff! In and out in no time and received the results in 24hrs! Perfect!

Nonexistent customer service - you can call genuinely for hours and no one will take your call as you will remain in line.

Their online system is terrible too, super janky and simply does not work.

Never again - terribly overpriced for a horrible service.

Id give zero if I could.

Everything on time.
Tests delivered on time (2&8).
Results from day 2 came after two days-on 4th day of my quarantine. Results from day 8 came very fast,in 24h-on 9th day of my quarantine. Customer service as well good,I sent them two e-mails and received a reply every time. I would recommend this clinic for sure.

Their Covid testing services are infact really good I received my test kits on time and got in touch with them when I faced a small issue but Stephanie was very helpful and my issues got solved at that moment and my test results have also been coming on time so I would definitely recommend them to you

Very Helpful. Took the time to help sort out my fit to fly test. I went to them very last minute needing an urgent test and result. Highly recommend and will use every time for travel 5/5. Cannot thank them enough for the service provided

Anyone needing support and speedy PCR tests or anything pertaining to Covid testing should visit the clinic.

Staff were great and helped sort a last minute day 5 test to release. When I arrived the staff were very quick and I was in and out in 5 mins. Results came within hours and I was free to roam covid free.

They are a scam outfit. They advertise a £30 day two test then charge you £90. Do not trust them

The staff at the clinic are very helpful & considerate, they were fabulous with my young children who also needed their tests. Thank You . David Simmons

Received a contaminated test sample containing a used nasal/throat swab in the post instead of COVID tests for day 2 and day 8. No response from NL clinic despite repeated emails and phone calls. Hugely distressing. Do not recommend.

In short. I have booked 2nd and 8th day test. Paid the amount 144. Didn't get booking reference to put in locator form. Tried to contact and 3 times received email saying that i will receive booking reference in 10 minutes. Didn't get. I already travelled gone through the test from an other source and quarantine. Then i received the booking confirmation with someone else information details.

For 3 weeks i am trying to contact for refund call emails no response at all. I have not received any service or money back. Thinking to take legal action.
