Very bad company, they give the impression it's a company from A'dam but it's located in China. The articles are not like the pictures, bad quality, wrong sizes. Email doesn't work, no return. So don't shop here!

Not even worth 1 star, horrible experience here as well and as mentioned in other reviews, I wish I had read them earlier.
The shoes I ordered are nothing like the picture, 5 sizes too small and very very poor quality. Customer services is nowhere to be reached, contact emailaddresses are not working.

based on the 7:1 consumer code, I am asking you to give me back the money for which I have been waiting for three months. Your emails are bots. I am referring the matter to a lawyer. It's obvious that with you there is no other option.

Though they claim to supply quality products and deliver professionally, the overall experience was truly disappointing. I have ordered some vests: “Oliver Stijlvol Gillet”, but in reality the article didn’t come close as advertised on the website. First of all, the vest were not made to fit a posture as presented on the website and therefore didn’t suit me, even with downsizing. the products were packaged in a container too small of its contents. Lastly, in returning the items of clothing Noa Mode claims to refund, or partly refund your purchase when returned in good conditions. I didn’t even received a notification of arrival, though the track and trace proves the package did in fact arrived at its destination. And I am confident that I returned the items in the same state as I had received them, provided with a bigger container. To conclude this review, I am grieved with the poor customer service, the product itself and the misleading presentation on the website. A expensive lesson well learned.

Chinese products shipped from China. Terrible quality products.

Class action lawsuit?

I want to contact a lawyer to put in jail this webside. What we can do? They are Stealing the money of the people.

Horrobie (HORRIBLE) company. The product quality is really bad: fit is not as in the picture, it feels insanely cheap and the collor is off. I would not even wear it if someone gave it to me for free.

Then on top of this they have misleading marketing: NOA Amsterdam. It is coming from China and oh right; if you want to return it then you can ship it to China. I will try and see if I can report them somehwere as I am sure this is not allowed (how they are working).

I never write review, so the fact that I am writing this is showing how bad they are. Really don't buy from them.

Whatever is answering their mails: it seems more like a chat bot than a real person.

Horrible company. Don’t buy here. They advertise with materials from wool but what you get is China cotton and polyester. Aweful company. Should be closed down immediately.

The site is Dutch but when you buy something it comes from China.
This really sucks.
Don't buy from them.
Package came after 14 days and was not what I had ordered.
You can return your good to China.
For 22 euros.
Now after 2 weeks mailing I get 25 procent of the cost.
Stay out of this firm.
They are out on your money and don't give you any credit.

I wish i read the comments before ordering. It's a scam. I ordered a winter jacket for 60 euro but doesn't look anything like what was in the website. Its a colour between black and grey. Terrible material and bad size. I cannot even wear it in public. It also took a long time to be delivered yet they claim to be in Amsterdam. I don't know if i return it , i get my money back. Please people, Do not !

Believe the reviews! This syndicate is not located in Amsterdam, clothing is made in and sent from China, which would not be a problem if the quality was also good, but it's not. It terrible! Also, refund costs are around 30 euros .. they mark down items to make you believe you're getting a good deal, but the quality and description of the item is extremely poor. Don't buy from them.

This is a fake shop from China, they also make the fake sites WinkeltjevanAnouk.nl and House of Gentlemen.nl. Do not order here, they take your money and send fake items.

This this the worst online store I've ever experienced myself. Customer service doesn't exist. Ordered item never arrived. I've asked Noa Mode to sort it out but they keep ignoring my request for help. So now I have no money and no item I've ordered. They do not reply to my numerous mails. They do not reply my phone calls. It's a fake company, scum, don't order anything. Avoid!!!

Scam website, says 1 day delivery and I’ve still received nothing, not even a tracking code and they don’t even respond to emails , do not order from here :)

Product was delivered late, despite promising next day delivery. Product was not the same as pictured, of extremely poor quality, made of plastic, not leather. They provide no return label, and when asked, tell you to return to an address in China at own expense or keep the garbage product and get a small percentage (10%) of your money back. Fraud. Do not buy from this drop ship company.

I bought boots from them. They arrived a week later even though I was told it will arrive the next day. The boots does not even slightly look like the picture! It’s the cheapest and worst quality I’ve ever seen. It’s suppose to be real leather. What an absolute joke! They told me I can return the product to an address in China on my own account. Or I can get 10% back and keep the product. Ridiculous! I am truly so upset! It’s not okay to scam people like this. They shouldn’t be allowed to operate!
