Forget about returns or exchanges
I ordered a track suit from NOBA. When it finally arrived, I found it too itchy, too small, and with a faulty zipper. When I tried to return it, I found NOBA largely unresponsive, and the return policy so difficult I concluded that NOBA really didn't welcome exchanges or refunds. They finally offered me 30% of the purchase price rather than a return. I took it. I lost the battle, but I'm glad to be rid of them.

If I could give it 0 stars, I would. SCAM. STAY AWAY. “Cashmere” shirt came as cheap polyester with the tags cut off. “Leather” boots are cheap pleather. Don’t bother making a return, they will drag it along as close to the 14 day cut off as possible and shipping it back at your expense will be $300+. Then they’ll offer a 40% refund, just to ghost your emails. Also, the email they tell you to contact about returns is not their email at all, but the email address to a different company.

Very disappointing experience.
The website presents itself as a premium brand, but the product is clearly cheap dropshipping. The quality is far from what one would expect given the price.
The biggest problem came when I tried to return the item. It was only then that I discovered that the product had to be sent back to China at my expense, which was not clearly stated during purchase. International shipping and customs procedures make returns extremely expensive and inconvenient.
Worse yet, their return instructions specifically asked me to declare a lower value for the package to avoid customs fees, which I refused to do.
Instead of resolving the issue properly, they repeatedly asked for a 40% refund if I kept the item, showing that they know the returns process is unrealistic for customers. And even that doesn't respect him.
I will try to resolve the issue with a PayPal dispute directly.
This type of sales practice is deceptive and not what customers expect when shopping online.
Be very careful before ordering from this site.

My experience with NOBA Lifestyle has been extremely frustrating and disappointing.
I ordered a men’s merino/cashmere set for €160, expecting a quality product as described on their website. What I received was something completely different. The material feels cheap and the sizing is totally wrong.
The company claims measurements can differ by up to 3 cm, but the set I received is around 15 cm too short. This is not a small variation — it is simply the wrong size.
What makes this even more questionable is that a friend of mine bought what appears to be the exact same set on Temu for around €70. So it looks very much like NOBA is reselling low-cost products from China at a huge markup while marketing them as premium clothing.
Customer service has been equally disappointing. Responses are very slow, and the communication dragged on long enough that the 14-day return period expired, leaving me unable to return the item without paying extremely expensive international shipping.
Their “solution”? A 40% refund if I keep the item.
So I paid €160 for something that looks and feels like a €70 product and doesn’t even fit correctly.
Very poor customer experience and extremely misleading marketing.
Be very careful before ordering from this company.

AVOID - scam company shipping from China
Stupidly ordered from this complete scam company after clicking an ad and not checking here first. Everything is sent from China (which isn't stated on the website anywhere, which is illegal) and the clothes themselves are cheap tat. Incredibly ill fitting, with no official labels, and made with what felt like synthetic materials. Refuse to give you a refund unless you post back to China. I did this, via Royal Mail, only for the items to get stuck in customs - I highly suspect this is because the return address they provided was fake. They now say it's my responsibility that the items are stuck, even though I followed all of their instructions to the letter. Currently pursuing a S75 chargeback through my bank, and have reported to trading standards.

Bought clothes off them in January. The quality was terrible. Tried to get a refund. They made it extremely difficult. Eventually I paid to send the products back to China. They rejected the parcel and the parcel ended up being destroyed. So at this point I had no refund and no clothes. I tried to get my money back through Amex. But Noba lied and hid many of the email exchanges. I have now raised a second dispute, this time I have sent every piece of information. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SCAM COMPANY!

They've set up a whole suite of time stalling replies with no intent to refund or arrange exchanges. They'll even send an AI generated reply to this review like the others so that they still try and give the impression of a legit company

I hope others will read this and please please please - Contact your bank/credit card provider for a chargeback! document everything - screenshots of their refund policy, free returns, emails, every single thing relating to your interactions with them!
I got my refund via chargeback, and it was so efficient.
You stand a very strong chance of getting refunded via this method, and the more of you that do this, the more damaging it will be for this company, and hopefully they will have to shut down eventually.

Items when eventually delivered were poor quality, wrong size and had no labels on. Delivery was very slow. Any returns have to be sent to China at your own cost and only allows 14 days to get them there. Company tries to negotiate a 30% settlement instead of return. Based on my experience, and looking at the majority of feedback on this website, I would advise avoiding. This feels like a lot like it could be a deliberate scam set up.

This company’s refund policy is very concerning. Once you make a payment, refunds or cancellations are not allowed — even when customers are clearly dissatisfied. That is not fair business practice.
There have been numerous customer complaints, yet the company continues to sell its services confidently without properly addressing these issues. Transparency seems to be lacking.
From an employee standpoint, the situation is also disappointing. Staff can be terminated without notice or proper back pay. Promised salary increases were not honored, and employees are expected to work overtime for very low compensation. The workload does not match the pay.
It’s frustrating to see these patterns continue. Both customers and employees deserve honesty, fairness, and respect.
I hope the company seriously reflects on these practices and makes necessary changes.
