I am surprised by the bad reviews. I have used this company for about 20 years or so and have found the service to be both good and cost effective. I did have some technical issues with making calls, but Nobelcom were always available to help and went out of their way to pursue a resolution.
I wouldn’t use this company. Very confusing and seems shady.
They took my money but I never received the calling card. Now I see from others experiences that they commonly scam people. AVOID THIS COMPANY!

They will give you a juicy rate to start then few days after they will change it and claim the phone company in your country hiked the rate. its their practice to cheat and fraud people. DO NOT PATRONIZE THEM.they did same to me.
they say they are providing cheap calls to Europe. I was really happy with them for a while, but they did not send me any information that their calling rate changed from 4.9 cents to 49 cents a minute! I was really disappointed.
