Noble Knight Games Reviews 

Ive bought quite a few items from the Noble Knight Games website and never had a single issue. My most recent order was a bit different though. The item I paid for was an "EX" grade item that was missing one small part (this item is generally cost prohibitive if completely intact and has its original packaging). The item I received in the mail was only missing a single part, but there was also significant wear to the parts, including several broken small parts. When I notified the Noble Knight that the set didn't match the grade I purchased, they immediately sent me a brand new, mint, set to "cherry pick" to replace any broken or worn parts. They also sent me a return label so I wouldn't have to pay return shipping. While Noble Night did accidentally send the wrong item, they 100% fixed it when notified. Because the only physical difference between the new set and the set I purchased was packaging, and a single missing part, they told that I could go ahead and just trade the sets out and send the old one back and keep the new one. Given the difficulty in finding a new set, and the cost differential, It was over the top nice of them !!

TL;DR
They are human beings not machines; on rare occasions the wrong thing gets shipped, or mis-graded. If they do make a mistake, they fix it for you immediately, and at no cost to you. The Noble Knight is an outstanding place to buy collectibles and minis !

I ordered a near mint copy of hard-to-find game and it unfortunately was missing enough pieces/elements making it unplayable. NK immediately sent out a new copy with all the components checked and bagged up neatly, all the while maintaining contact with shipping info. Fantastic experience all around. NK will be my go-to site for rare board games. Thanks to Scott and whole NK team.

Good price shipped really quickly. 4 days to reach the UK! Also offered a discount on a slight misprint in game which was no fault of theirs. Good communication throughout.

I had an AOS army I no longer had the time to play. It ment the world to me, to ship it to Noble Knights. My army would be sold to other players who could continue to have fun with them in games. In turn I had Store Credit. This allowed me to dive deeper and expand my Warhammer 40k collection.

This company is very much a part of the gaming community. That's why I rank them as high as I have in professionalism, as well as customer satisfaction..

I have used Noble Knight Games for the 3qty order from 2023 to 2025. Their prices are pretty competitive, their postage prices to the UK from the USA work out to around £16/game ( for 2 games and up ) - which is normally about £8 to £10 for UK posted games. The games arrive well packed and match NKG description. An Excellent Supplied of historical wargames - Can Highly Recommend

The timely response. But I have always had the best experiences with customer service at Nobleknight Games. They will make things right if you have any problems with an order.

Great range of products and if you experience any issues their customer support team is quick to respond and very helpful.

The item was exactly as described on the website, was dispatched quickly, and very well packaged with a lot of big bubble wrap to prevent damage despite the best efforts of package handlers both sides of the Atlantic.

I ended up with ALOT of board games. I’m more of a video game girly. So I found noble knights and sent a list of games I had to sell, 8 big shipping boxes worth! They even brought the extra game pieces I had as well. They were very patient (took a year to get things together with moving and all) great communication back and forth when I found things that wasn’t listed and they priced them accordingly. Once shipped, took about a week and a day to get to them and they sent the money right over (store credit would’ve been more but once again, I don’t play board games much)

I have ordered items several times and am never disappointed. If a problem arises they are quick to resolve the issue. Selection and prices are great

I've ordered 2 games now from NKG, both hard to find, out of print games, that I just can't find in the UK.
Both took about 10 days to arrive using the cheapest delivery option from FedEx.
Both were in immaculate condition, one not even punched.

I received great customer service from Noble Knight. My company had some unique needs when ordering and the staff at Noble Knight handled everything wonderfully. I've now placed several orders with them over the past two years and I will definitely use them again in the future!

I have recently bought an Item from Noble Knight Games on eBay and just today received the item, but sadly I had received the Item damaged, so I ended up messaging them about the damaged item and even sent them pictures of the damaged Item. Their response was very swift. They had expressed how sorry they were about the damaged Item, and to my surprise, they said they will be sending me a replacement of said item. I am so thankful and appreciative of how kind and caring they were to my situation. I can honestly say without any doubt, Noble Knight Games is one of the best companies that I have ever had the pleasure to buy from. They really, truly care about their customers, and that says a lot about a company that is so willing to go out of its way to make their customers happy. First, I want to say I've been a customer of Noble Knight for almost a year now, and they are the best when it comes to buying, selling and trading games. I've mostly purchased, and their Grading system is pinpoint accurate. If they say a game is shrink wrapped, or mint your can rest assured it is. I have also sold to them and the quote was much better than I expected. Customer service is stellar. I recently ordered the wrong game by mistake, and quickly asked for the order to be cancelled. Sam the customer service associate contacted me and was able to quickly cancel the order and restore my credit that I used to make the purchase. Overall, an excellent company and it's a pleasure doing business with them.

Amazing selection of games and products - even hard to find out of print ones at very fair prices. I had a shipping issue (which was not the fault of Noble Games at all) and Canada Post returned my order to them. Both Andrew & Sam were very quick in responding to my emails and helpful in getting the issue resolved. They got my order shipped back out as soon as they received it back and I was happy to have it in my hands a week later! The customer service was fantastic!!
