Purchased items from nobodys child twice now and they've never fit right. First was a top which I exchanged for a size 4 and the empire line still sat in a really odd unflattering place. Today a d... See more

Helpful customer service
The customer service team (Rory) was so helpful in sorting out my lost parcel in transit, and dispatching a replacement order that same day! Greatly appreciated!! I look forward to receiving my order :)
Beware of refund charges
Lovely dresses but had to return as they didn’t suit me. However didn’t realise you have to pay a refund handling fee of £4 per order. This isn’t clear when ordering otherwise I would have gone to the store or ordered through M&S as no refund penalty.
Quick Resolution
Rory was quick to respond, answering my query and resolving it very efficiently!
Avoid using gift cards and Klarna
I treated myself to some dresses as I’d gotten a gift card for my birthday. The value of the dresses went over my gift card amount so I used Klarna to cover the rest. I had to make a partial return on some of the dresses and, despite still spending over the value of my gift card (£75), they decided to put the refunded dresses back onto my gift card and put an £83 bill on Klarna for the dress I’d kept (when I should have only owed £4 through Klarna). Apparently it’s part of their policy, but now I’m stuck with a £75 gift card and a dress I now have to pay for through Klarna. A cheap tactic to get you spending more money on what is already an expensive shop. Awful company. Moral of the story: don’t try and treat yourself in a cost of living crisis, avoid gift cards and Klarna and let greedy companies like these go under.

I wouldn’t use this company again due to the unnecessary delays with refunds. It’s almost two weeks since I returned the item and still no refund. It’s not acceptable. I was surprised to learn the item was made in China and the quality did not reflect the price. So disappointed

Poor return process 😔I started it on Saturday and since no label created and no e-mail answer.

Whilst I have never ordered direct from Nobody’s Child before and despite my parcel not being delivered to my address curtesy of Royal Mail (who are impossible to get hold of) dealing with Rory customer services at Nobody’s Child was an absolute pleasure
Very prompt, thorough & polite and arranged a next day delivery by DPD
He was brilliant
I made my first order for a dress and…
I made my first order for a dress and it came very quickly, although there was a £5 delivery charge, the dress was too big and I want to return it so I have filled in the return form, I noticed there is a £4 handling charge so in fact like other firms the return isn't free as stated, them they say they will send the code for return within 24 hours, it didn't arrive so I email customer services which has a reply to say they are busy and will respond in 24 or 48 hours I then get a email asking me to look in my junk file!!!I have already done this anyway!! I respond telling them it isn't in junk, I am still waiting for a code to take the item to the post office. Would I order from them again ????I don't think so.
Terrible service
Do not even attempt to order online from this retailer.
I created a return over 48 hours ago and still have not received a QR code or return label. Customer service has been completely unresponsive.
I’m travelling in a few days and am now stuck with no way to return the item. I’ve never experienced such a poor returns process or level of service from any retailer. Very disappointing.
The delivery service they use is unreliable
My package was out for delivery with Royal mail on a Saturday, then suddenly showed that the package was delivered with fake proof of delivery image but it actually was never delivered. I think for an additional £5 delivery, NC should use a more reliable delivery company. Quite disappointing. I’m not sure I feel comfortable using NC again.
Unable to exchange damaged dress due to Inpost delivery
It would have been useful to know ahead of time that you cannot exchange if your parcel is delivered through Inpost.
The dress arrived damaged, with poor stitching around the strap. Customer services took 7 days to get back to me with the incorrect advice that the dress can be exchanged through the returns portal.
I've had better quality dresses from Shein for a hell of a lot cheaper. If I didn't have to wear this to match the other bridesmaids I would be buying elsewhere.
Speedy Response Time
I ordered two petite dresses with a special offer of 25% discount. Both dresses are lovely and a perfect fit, Rory and RJ provided excellent, fast and friendly customer service with the order, thank you!
I bought a dress
I bought a dress, but very poor quality. Will be able to wear it at home only after spending £50+ on the dress. I am trying to give review for the dress in their website, but am unable to.
Great customer service
Great customer service. Highly recommend Nobodys child

I really like this brand
I really like this brand, the dresses are beautiful and made of organic cotton! I always check them out when I need a new dress. I also recently bought one of their trench coats which is it great quality. Customer service has also been kind and helpful with me.
Very helpful customer service
Very helpful customer service, really appreciate it!
Great Quality
Such great quality, and speedy return process if required.
Shocking!
Returned an £89 dress and was refunded £80 or thereabouts. £9 to return a frock, which, by the way, NC made it very difficult for me to return! What other company has such a disorganised and money grabbing returns process and policy? Shocking company to do business with.
